We meet our travelers at 7:50 a.m. at the main entrance of Chichen Itza. (we send all recommendations in advance). We guarantee smooth and smooth entry to Chichen Itza by requesting your early access tickets. In this shared guide service we will visit the majestic temple of Kukulkan, the Great Ball Game, the temple of warriors, the thousand columns complex among other buildings and platforms. The archaeological area is divided into 2 squares: north square, south square and the sacred cenote. After the guided tour travelers can continue exploring the archaeological area on their own. The tour lasts approximately 2 hours.

So glad we chose this early access tour. We met our guide outside, skipped the ticket line and were inside Chichen Itza before the souvenir traders! We got to take photos without lots of people being around and saw all of the complex before it got crazy hot and busy. Our guide Martin/e was very good - lots of information shared in an easy to follow way. He had lots of photos to help us understand the culture and the buildings. At the end of his tour we wandered around using an audio guide downloaded from Viator, had a cold drink at a cafe with the best view and then made our way out as the hoards arrived.
Our guide, Eyder, at Chichén Itzá was simply outstanding! He has an incredibly broad and in-depth knowledge — not only about the historical facts, but also about cultural background, fascinating details, and connections you would never discover without a guide. You could truly feel how passionate he is about this world wonder. What made the experience even more special was that we were the very first ones in front of the pyramid, when everything was still quiet and almost magical. Being able to enjoy this atmosphere without the crowds was priceless — and perfectly organized. Throughout the entire tour, he was calm, pleasant, patient, and extremely attentive. We felt very well taken care of while remaining completely relaxed. For us, it was absolutely perfect. We would book him again anytime and wholeheartedly recommend him!
Ray was a wealth of knowledge and insight. He was able to answer all questions, and provided great graphics to explain concepts. We felt a much deeper understanding of Chichén than from previous visits.

Perfect guide with amazing communication, explanation of the site and pre-arrival help. Chichen Itza gets chaotic very quickly between 8 and 9 am. Enrique helped us navigate through the crowd. If your looking for a guide, this was the best choice.
We did a private guided tour of Chichén Itzá as a family of five, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our guide, Martin, was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of explaining the history of the entire site in an engaging and easy-to-understand way. He really brought the place to life. We arrived early, and Martin had already taken care of both the entrance tickets and the tourist tax for us. This meant we were able to skip the queues completely and go straight into the site, which was a huge advantage. It made the experience much more relaxed and allowed us to enjoy Chichén Itzá before the worst crowds arrived. The guided tour lasted about two hours, which was perfect, and afterwards we had plenty of time to explore the area on our own at our own pace. Martin also shared helpful and thoughtful advice, for example recommending that if we wanted to buy souvenirs, it was best to do so within the site as this supports local vendors. Overall, a very well-organized and informative tour. Highly recommended if you want a smooth, insightful and crowd-free visit to Chichén Itzá.

This tour was a great success and I would absolutely choose it again as the best way to explore Chichen Itzá. Enrique gave us a great tour through the settlement, providing interesting facts and being a very friendly and professional guide. We were only four people which allowed us to ask questions and overall have a very organic and smooth experience. I also like that the tour starts when the venue opens such that both sun/heat and the amount of people are still quite low.

Our visit to Chichen Itza with the guide Marco was simply excellent. You can see all the knowledge he has, but especially the passion with which culture and history live... and how he transmits it. Really, you can see how much he's worked on it and how well prepared he is. The two hours have flown by, literally. He has managed to get us fully into the place, its meaning and its magic. Thanks to him, we have discovered how impressive and amazing Chichen Itza is in a way that we would not have lived on our own. Fully recommended. An experience of 10!
We went with Eyder, and just how he conveyed his love for his culture and admiration for the advances the Mayans made then, has been worth it. It has made us want to know much more about this culture. Excellent day. It provided us with points to stay to hear their explanation without suffering direct sun and that has made the experience much more enjoyable, as the heat is very strong and can give you a hard time.
Nice scam. 115€ for a guide we didn’t even get, because this price didn’t include entrance tickets (yet it says “walking tour line” on our voucher.) We had to buy tickets, which delayed us, and our guide did not wait for us. The visit cost us a fortune! Very bad experience.

Very informative tour with Enrique who knows the place very well took us away from the world , we learned a lot about the Mayan civilization , Enrique was really very interesting everything was very well organized we had received information the day before very appreciable when you see the world there was! I really recommend visiting the opening because a lot of people when we left ,2 hours later the place is different without counting the heat! We were just the 4 of us awesome!
We did the guided tour with Martin, and we loved it. It was by far the best guided tour we had in Mexico. Martin was very didactic, detailed and neat in the explanations. He made us understand and admire in all its dimension the wonder that is Chichen Itza. In addition, it was very respectful of the time each needed to admire the ruins or take photos. At all times he sought that we could enjoy such a special place. You could tell his passion and knowledge. That the group was small (4 people) was a plus. Without your guidance, it would certainly not have been the same. I recommend 100%.

The tour was great. Our guide King, took care of us at all times, very attentive to explain everything in detail, telling us curiosities and answering all our questions.
