is a two-hour boat ride where you can explore the majestic mangroves through the estuary canals, watching a wide variety of birds. Hopefully, we'll see crocodiles in their natural habitat to photograph them. Then we will continue and, not far away, we will reach where the beautiful pink flamingos are fed, where we can observe them from a suitable and allowed distance, without forgetting that we are in a protected area. After a brief stay with them, they will apply a skin treatment called "Mayan Bath" (exfoliating mud). This mud is excavated and not exposed to the weather. To finish the walk, we return to Rio Lagartos beach to remove the clay and enjoy the waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Don’t be too excited and come visit this wonderful sanctuary, the “Ría Lizards Biosphere Reserve”, and live an unforgettable experience.
An amazing and very successful trip! The crocodile-spotting tour was fantastic — we saw eight crocodiles up close. It was an unforgettable experience. I definitely recommend going with Martin, who is certified and truly knows where to find crocodiles.

Martin was excellent to coordinate with and responsive. The tour was very nice. They went over and beyond to get us to see flamingos which was our main reason for traveling from far. We wish we had more time with mud bath and swimming but we did spend fair amount of time getting to flamingos. Truly an unique experience. Highly recommend Martin and his team

Great private tour of the swamp. We saw many crocodiles from close up, countless birds and flamingos. Would 10/10 do it again! Our tour guide was Abraham, he even spoke a couple of words in Slovene! We had a lot of fun.
We went for the tour in November and Martin Jr was great captain, we were able to watch flamingos, pelicans and other birds. Most importantly we were also able to watch and TOUCH crocodiles. Amazing experience for me and my girlfriend.

An incredible experience. We saw a lot of wildlife and animals in their natural habitat, we visited a beautiful beach, and we were able to enjoy nature firsthand. Martin, our guide, was very knowledgeable, trained, and always willing to share interesting information. Without a doubt, an experience that is very worthwhile and that we totally recommend. But above all the crocodiles. We loved it!
A spectacular experience, totally recommended! We went as a family, both adults and children, and we were fascinated. The guide, Martín, showed enormous passion for what he does. We saw crocodiles, flamingos, and many other birds. He explained every detail about the flora and fauna to us, making the tour very interesting. One of the children's favorite moments was feeding the seagulls and seeing up close how they fed the crocodile. It was very exciting! We had time to take pictures and record videos, and he also took us to a beautiful beach. The trip was calm at all times and we felt safe. You can tell the care and professionalism with which he conducts the tour; he really makes you live the experience and participate in it. It far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and we recommend it 100% to everyone.

We visited the Ria Lagartos Natural Park with this company randomly found internet searches. For $1500 MXN for both of us, we had a private tour with a local guide with boat. Having gone there early (9am) we were lucky to see a crocodile sunbathing, quiet, on the banks. We even saw them swimming in the water before diving underwater. During our boat trip, we were able to see many local birds. Further on, in the direction of las coloradas, our captain stopped us on the lagoon and we went, on foot, to discover pink flamingos. We saw them very, very close without disturbing or disturbing them since there was no engine noise and it was just the three of us. Small stop also in the mangrove where our captain gave us additional information. Finally, before returning to land, we stop on the beach in front and take care of our skin thanks to the "Mayan bath" cooked up by our captain. A hell of a skin scrub based on sand and clay! Very nice place and very nice visit to do, preferably, early in the morning. Thank you again for this activity! Possibility to park easily in the streets. Tip: don't listen to the scooter pickers talking to you and following you through the village, go straight to the dock where Martin is waiting for you!
A full ride with Martin! We were able to see the mangrove, the wild animals, approach a few centimeters from the crocodiles, see the flamingos and take a Mayan bath. Martin took the time to explain everything to us and even stop us as close as possible to fauna and flora. I recommend!
In our hotel in Valladolid we got the tip for the boat trip with Martin. Arriving in Rio Lagartos, Martin stopped by our accommodation to talk to us about the tour the next day. We went out with him in the morning into the mangrove forests and learned exciting things about this nature reserve from him. Martin respects nature and animals and gave us a great experience, which we would recommend to anyone with very good feeling.

Martin is an authorized Guide, we went with him first thing in the morning and he showed us the mangroves of the estuary, countless birds, crocodiles and flamingos. It adapted perfectly to a change of time and day due to inclement weather. The tour is wonderful thanks to Martin and we leave first thing in the morning, so being less boats is quieter for us and for the animals. In addition, it has binoculars which facilitates the sighting of birds.
