Well we came to Merida the first time and this was a nice find, great service with a very tasty breakfast. A few things super extra safe as your next to a police station. Secondly free mini bar with chips and candy. Third a nice bar if you want a good drink. Fourth very clean rooms and a nice A/c unit. Finally a really pleasant stager from Erick the cook to Julio in the evening with drinks. We had a few early days and they boxed up some lunches for free for the road. A great value with a real spirit of the Yucateco. Thank you

Beautiful and modern building inside but actually an old restaurant building.
Very cool place, super friendly and helpful staff. Awesome breakfast and coffee. The only downside is that the rooms have very little sound protection so you hear your neighbors
This was one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we have ever stayed. We came with our teen daughters after being in Mexico City, and enjoyed the relaxing vibe, the wonderful service, the quiet, the delicious breakfasts (thank you, Chef!), and the beautiful details of the place. We would definitely return and will be recommending Ya'ax Hotel Botique to our family and friends.
I had a short stay at this boutique hotel, and the staff was absolutely wonderful—very friendly and accommodating. The interior design was beautiful and visually pleasing, though the materials used didn’t feel of the highest quality. Unfortunately, the shower lacked hot water during my stay, but since I was only there for one night, I didn’t request to have it fixed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but there’s room for improvement in some areas.
