Absolutely worst service and customer care ever! Poor management, horrible training, bad food, toilets plugged up constantly, rude and uncaring front desk personnel, poorly maintained, only 1 elevator working for the whole 11 days we were there, one day both elevators were out of service, had to go to the pharmacy as my husband was feeling sick, I was told to take the stairs 6 floors down and up , and was never offered any help bringing up anything although the pharmacy is next to the lobby, manager not available ever to face any issues. Save your money ! Go elsewhere !!

Not worth the money. We ate two times from the restaurant and the food gave us diarrhea. One day someone knocked on our door said I sentence in Spanish and left. When I reported this to the front desk I was told that he was the housekeeping manager. Every employee wore a uniform, but this “manager”. A little later we saw the same person walking down the street. This made us feel unsafe. We requested a new room and they put us on the top floor over in a corner away from everything. Now we felt totally unsafe and had to leave the hotel.

I had a friend in the hospital just down the street and this was close, safe and across the street from a great mall. Staff were all incredible. Meals were good. Linens on the bed excellent. Highly recommend it. I do wish it had a pool but it has a full gym.

Location is good, just across the Mall. Service is good, people very kind. GYM is a joke, totally sucks. It's at the garage, enclosed, no natural light, extra small, weighs missing, no bench, no machine, totally terrible. I requested towels and in 3 days they never brought them. If you like or have to workout AVOID this hotel.
