A Day Private Tour Jomblang Cave And Pindul Cave Tubing

Rio was a nice Tour guide with much knowlegde about the diffrent spots in Yogykarta.

My guide Rio was outstanding and great company for the trip. The cave was very memorable and i felt very safe being lowered into the cavern. The tubing was very relaxing and a great way to cool off.

Our guide Rio was amazing. He took care of everything and made sure we had the best experience. He is extremely knowledgeable in the history and area. The cave was beautiful and the tubing was relaxing. This is a must book experience and you won't regret

The description says that everything was included in the package I.e. equipment and parking fees etc. we still had to pay cash at the site for admin “fees” which was about $50 AUD for both of us. We had a good experience ngl. The people also went above and beyond for our safety and the driver was also great at taking videos and photos.

First, Rio was a fantastic driver and guide. Incredibly kind and offered excellent insight into my trip. He went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable trip. Now for the attractions. Despite being peak tourist season, the lines and crowds were not bad at all. I managed to see and do everything without feeling rushed or overcrowded. The guides at each place were helpful and extremely professional. Jomblang photos dont do the experience justice, but they do come pretty close! Goa Pindul was relaxing by comparison, I had seen the photos online of the cave and river absolutely packed, but I had the cave almost entirely to myself and my guide. Only a few other people. There are many many bats, but theyre all asleep and dont come anywhere close to you. The food and snacks along the way were all tasty and cool!

Absolute FUN!! I got too scared to be lowered into the cave but the cave tubing was a great time. My guide was very informative and I had a great time learning about Javanese culture. Highly recommend.

Best day out at both caves and could not have asked for a better tour guide, Maria was awesome. She was great company, took care of us and took photos for us as well.

The trip was amazing, the caves and the photos look just as amazing in person, and the tubing was incredibly relaxing and peaceful. Our driver Maria was absolutely incredible, one of the nicest people you will ever find. She was so patient when I spoke (or tried to) talk in Indonesian, even told me of a word to be careful about (thanks Maria!)

I had the best experience with Maria as my tour driver :) She was incredibly friendly, prepared, and made my trip so much more enjoyable. Her english is AMAZING and she has lived in Europe before so is very knowledgeable about those cultures/languages. Also highly recommend requesting her if you are a solo female traveler or with a female group. I went alone to the cave since there was an entrance fee but she offered to come with me for the river since there was no entrance fee for her :) it was so fun to do it with her. At both locations I felt very safe with her.

Excellent experience with Rio as a guide. Rio was very knowledgeable about the destinations. Being provided the background and some fun facts of the places we were visiting it really elevated the experience. It was more like a drive with a friend than a typical a to b tour. I would highly recommend Rio and would look him up if I was back in Yogya again. Thanks Rio.

I was really disappointed with this trip. What they dont make clear is that in order to get into the cave, they sent you down on a rope. Which is cool but they are not clear that it costs a lot of money 500,000 Rp. And then the rafting is 250,000rp. On the website it says entrance fees not including which is misleading because an entrance fee for the parks is usually max 60,000 in java. Maybe I should have done more research but thats why i booked a tour so it could be simple. So basically you are only paying for the driver. I didnt bring enough cash and had to skip the first activity. And then they took me rafting and back to my hotel without the lunch I paid for which I am still confused about. I hope communication could be better.

Great experience, our driver Wedha was great! He was on time with everything and brought us necessities such as shower cap, headlights, and even gave us coke zero which was our favorite. I highly recommend this tour!!

Brilliant tour - excellent communication from booking to pick up. Kadeng picked me up punctually and was super helpful answering my (many!) questions and helping me to plan travel for the rest of my trip across Java including some hidden gems :) made the tour extra great and feeling safe as a solo traveller. Great value for money - really exciting being lowered into the cave entrance and pulled back up. The tour was relaxed and there was no rush, lunch was yummy too. The tubing was also super scenic but make sure to bring some dry clothes! I would recommend doing this trip 100%

It was a wonderful day, I do recommend wearing comfortable clothes it can be warm down in the cave. It was very muddy but we were provided with boots. I should have brought some water with me, unfortunately I had left my bottle with my driver. The guides were awesome - 5 starts to them

Wedha was our excellent guide. He drove us in a comfortable car, relaxing music, well mannered, and was sociable as much as we were comfortable. He helped us take photos when our hands were busy, gave us hairnets for our helmets, gave us drinks as soon as we came out of the cave, and I think he even brought his own headlamps for us for the cave - I didn't see other travellers have this. It is all these small gestures that made the jomblang, pindul, oyo tour very enjoyable! Definitely recommend.

Mr.Didik was assigned as my guide and driver and he on time to pick me up from the pickup point. He is very engaging throughout the activity, explained the background of local cultural ceremonies and what I would be doing as per the itinerary. I appreciate his professionalism and would be happy to recommend him and his tour agency to my friends.

We enjoyed an adventurous day out with our host Andi. Starting with an adrenaline rush heading down Jomblang cave (60mtr decent) and exploring the cave with beautiful light features. Good news you don’t need to walk out as they will lift you back up the 60mtr climb the same way you came down. Next Andi transferred us by car to the Oyo river where our guide BJ helped us float down the river on a tube - a lovely way to cool down after a hot morning. The boys had fun jumping from the 9mtr diving platform in one section. Next BJ transferred us to the Pindul cave by jeep where we floated into the dark cave filled with stalactites and stalagmites. The cave is home to bats and swallows and was very peaceful to explore. At the exit the boys again enjoyed jumping from another 4 mtr platform . From the it was time for home with Andi recommending a delicious Warung where we stopped for an early dinner on the way home. Fabulous day out with our friendly host Andi. Some things to note: Jomblan cave requires gumboots (provided by the venue) and you’re likely to get muddy. Being socks and a spare change of clothes. Entrance fee including lunch is on top of your costs so bring 500k Perry person- cash only . For Oyo river and Pindul cave bring water shoes, swimmers, rashvest /boardshorts and towel- no one will be wearing just swimmers as mostly local tourists. Entrance fee for the two attractions was $250k pp and $300k if you add on the boat section. Cash only . Bring plenty of extra water and snacks as it’s a long day and only lunch provided.

The abseil to the sinkhole floor is quick & fun. The cave itself is extremely muddy and slippery (they do provide wellies). Waiting for photo opportunities with the sun shining in can take a very very long time! (people were expecting multiple shots both individually, then in groups and pairs). Also note you can no longer stand on the iconic rock.Showers available. The river tubing was fun & relaxing too. Our guide pointed out various things in the cave both the formations & bats. There’s opportunities to swim or jump in, or just float all the way. Some Rocky/slippy bits to get in & out BUT was GREAT.

Great tour fun and yet relaxing. The abseil was exciting. The very muddy sinkhole was fun (our guide gave us headtorches) but too much time was wasted waiting for photo opportunities. Dont worry they give you wellies and should you wish there are showers (take a towel) . The tubing through the cave, with all its bats and cave formations, was very informative and on the river we had opportunities to jump in the deep river and float down river. You should do the tubing in your swimwear but take flip flops (they look after them). Showers (take a towel) are available.

The activities were so fun and very unique! Despite the day being gloomy it was still very beautiful. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide Wedha was great, he made sure we were prepared and well-informed! He even had flashlights prepared for us for the cave when we didn’t bring any.

We had an amazing day. Wedha picked us up at our hostel. We got breakfast and then drove to the first stop. Jamblang cave was amazing spectaculer views. Afterwords we drove to the next stop the tubing we had a great time. After the tubing we were driving back but Wedha asked us if we wanted to see the sunset from the top of a mountain. We went there and it was simply breathtaking. He told us about the city and we had some amazing vieuws of the sunset. 10/10 day Thank you Wedha!!

It was an amazing day! The guide was friendly en picked us up at our hostel. He guide us perfect and give us tips about other things, example the sunset at a rooftop bar. It was very beautiful! It was a top day!

We had an amazing experience in the two caves. Billy was at our hotel for pick-up five minutes before the time, reminded us what to take along, and then we started the journey. Jomblang started with a bit of an adrenaline kick when we got rappelled down into the sink hole. From there, we walked through the very muddy, dark cave to another opening. 'muddy' and 'dark' might not sound like it, but it was absolutely great fun. Pindul reminded us of canyoning, just a bit more chilled. All this while, Billy took great care of us. Thank you!

Wedha our guide was the best, very trustworthy, kind and patient. Answered our questions and helped translate when we wanted to talk with the locals. 10/10 mate.

Wedha is a great tour guide. Very Knowledgable young man. Interactive with us , made sure we were more than comfortable and having a great time at ALL times. He speaks good English too! 😀. Great photos and videos were sent to us after the adventure. Wedha WAS GREAT 👍 10 OUT OF 10 in my books!

Great experience could be better. The cave descent and the cave at the end were thrilling well done done but the mud at the bottom of the cave was thick, slippery and treacherous. You will end up getting mud inside your boots , and in your clothes . The b goes have torches but the mud covered wooden stepping stones are not illuminated so it's easy to slip (we didn't) . Definitely the highlight! The tubing was meh and she but Oyo river section was pleasant ( after a slippy walk across a rapid stream ) . I would have liked to be told to get a change of clothes (yours will get wet b and filthy) , spare shoes or sandals, and a twirl as well as head torch or some other lighting that you control. Otherwise good !

Absolutely loved our trip to Jomblang Cave with our driver and guide Arma! Arma was very passionate and knowledgeable about local history, culture and geography and made the hour and a half drive to Jomblang Cave fly by with all the interesting information he provided. Jomblang Cave was a once in a lifetime experience. It’s thrilling descending into a 60 meter sinkhole using just a rope and pulley system, definitely a great activity if you like the adrenaline rush! The cave itself was gorgeous too, and while it was very muddy, wellies were provided to ensure you kept your own shoes clean. After a lovely lunch, Amra drove us to a nearby cave where we did river tubing. We then drove to a different river where we did some more swimming/ tubing. It was really fun and a refreshing way to end the day. Overall, we absolutely loved this tour and would recommend it to anyone who wants to experience something a little different that they’re unlikely to find anywhere else. The tour company is extremely professional and punctual, and Amra was incredible.

Driver was amazing. He made our day. He showed us some nice extra spots aswell. 10/10. I would not recomend for people who have trouble walking or with their balance. It was an exhaustinf day. It was worth it for us.

Rio was a good guide. He was really flexible. It was raining but that didnt matter, cuz tubing was even more fun in the rain.

Jomblong cave was amazing! Very unique experience. It being paired with Pindul cave tubing was great because you can cool off after Jomblong. Our guide Wedha was super professional and funny. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone

If you are seeking for excitement from yogjakarta, apply this activity! Going down to the jomblang cave is very thrilling and exciting. Staff took care of our safety so don't get too scary. You better see with your own eyes what you will see there! Spectacular scenery waits for you. Tubing was also fun. If you are brave enough, you can enjoy cliff jump too. Please be prepared CASH. They don't accept any card payment at cave and tubing spots At last, I would like to say thank Bowo,our driver is very kind, friendly and has rich knowledge about Javanese culture and history.

Very Nice for first time cave tour. Walking in the cave and take picture is so cool. staffs are very helpful and safe. cave tubing also so cold. Guide take care along the river and very helpful even I can't swim . He may tired with me😅. And My driver Mr Santoso is very cheerful family man. And very helpful . Even he is going back so far, He bring back my camera bcos I forget in the car. So very recommend for this tour and you should try for once in life time for experience . Cool trip.

ASK FOR NANO! He's an amazing guide, full of knowledge and _ loves to share about his culture. The day was very FUN, started with the monkey Forest _ the monkey were very active and will approach. I loved it, Nano and my bestie were there with ALOT of caution. From there we went to the rice terraces and swing picture. Visited the coffee plantain , probably the most memorable because we sat there talking to Nano. Went to the sacred temple, BEAUTIFUL but it was way too crowded to get in (well for me). From there we went to the cave and had great time getting into a waterfall and going cave exploring..... To wrap up a great day we had dinner with Nano, thank you for a memorable Indonesian experience. It’s an early start and long day, but necessay!

A very exciting experience! The Jomblong cave is beautiful in it's own right, and being rappelled 60 meters straight down and pulled up again is a fine challenge for everyone with a healthy respect for heights! The cave tubing is also a fine experience to have. Just know that most of the tubing is in a nearby lake, in sunlight. The cave part is rather short, it being 350 meter, so about 10 minute. My guide Arif was a superb driver with great experience of all the different roads. He was also kind enough to look after my valuables, and had a lot of interesting facts to share during the trip. Can absolutely recommend booking and going with Arif!

The day with Ardi was perfect, he was on time and really nice all day long! As planned, he took us to Jomblang Cave and Pindul Cave, which was really good experience and then took us to the Luwak cafe where we bought real nice coffee. Thanks for this amazing day!
