strategic location, room is clean, and service is very good. We stayed for 5 days, when we're having a breakfast, Mas Arisna constantly checking on us whether we like the food or not, bringin tea and coffee, and when we just about to check out he gave me a cafe latte and ice tea. Thank you Wyndham for the best experience, overall very nice, i recommend it very much 👍

The breakfast and the service is top level with kind and friendly people in front line to help and serve the guests, especially Arisna always with a smile and ready to serve guests according to their taste and nature.
Nice hotel with full of facilities like basketball, tennis, pool, playground. Ideal for family trip. Huge area, many things to explore. Rooms are big and convenient. However, the WiFi was not so good. Breakfast was good, many options. All the staffs were very helpful, from arrival and during the stay.
It's such a shame for a hotel noted as "5-stars" in Google to have such a dissapointing New Years Eve dinner. The hotel has a wonderful place overall but the service is terrible. When we first arrived the security does not even seem to be aware of the event. When we asked where is the lobby or where can we be dropped off, the security guard could not point the way and had to contact a colleague, claiming he was new. Even after some time, the security guard did not give us the right direction either. Our family spent dinner during new years eve here but was met with very limited meal options that are constantly running out. You can tell that the hotel is not ready at all to handle a NYE buffet. To be honest the crowd is also not much either, unlike other hotels during NYE, yet the foods and snacks keep running out. There is only one set of main meal that keeps running out. Even simple snacks like french fries and fish fingers aren't being prepared quickly enough. Staffs also choose to serve me very small portion of the fries and fish fingers instead of offering whether I would like to wait for the next batch. Moreover, there were some drinks displayed in the middle of the ballroom but was only able to be served after 10 pm. Honestly, what's the point when everything is running out? Entertainment was also very dry and boring. There's no sense of reading the audience and finding out what types of music will be enjoyed by the audience or what type of humor or other entertainment that would be nice to enjoy. The dinner theme adapting Alice in Wonderland also feels like a formality on paper only. The decor was very minimum with very cheapskate decor on stage and only on this one small section in front of the ballroom and gimmicky costumes worn by several staffs. You can't feel any of this intended theme. I would say, management definitely have a lot of work to do. If you're not ready to host such events, then don't offer it in the first place rather than serving something that's not worth the price. Please supervise properly and closely, it felt like the event we attended was not supervised at all, staffs were doing things as is despite everything going wrong. Go benchmark other hotels. Many hotels with lower stars like 3 or 4 stars have much better service and quality than this. This is an unacceptable standard in Yogyakarta.
