Overall, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is quite far from Malioboro, but since I was in Yogyakarta for a business trip, I specifically chose this hotel because it was close to my workplace. Unfortunately, the facilities were below expectations. The lobby felt very warm because the air conditioning wasn’t working well, and it seemed the hotel was undergoing renovations, making the lobby noisy and dusty. Another disappointing aspect was the breakfast. Most of the food was served cold, and the chicken was extremely tough and difficult to eat, which made the dining experience quite unpleasant. The biggest disappointment, however, was the cleanliness. My room was not clean, especially the bed. From the moment I checked in, the bedsheets already had many visible stains. I tried to overlook it since I was exhausted from work. What really ruined my stay happened on the second night. Housekeeping changed the bedsheets during the day, and after returning from work, all I wanted was a good night’s sleep. However, the “clean” bedsheet they put on was covered with numerous dried rice grains. There were so many that I couldn’t ignore it. It was already late at night, and I felt bad asking the staff to remake the bed, so I simply requested an extra duvet to use as a layer over the dirty bedsheet instead. It’s such a shame because this experience significantly affected my stay. I sincerely hope the housekeeping team will inspect the cleanliness of the bedsheets before placing them on guests’ beds. Basic cleanliness should be one of the hotel’s highest priorities. I genuinely hope the hotel improves its cleanliness and overall quality, as the staff were kind and deserve better support from the management.

Overall experience during stay here was OK, services was excellent (front office crew super OK). Location a bit far from center city attraction but still reachable within 15 min. Some part of hotel under renovation so a bit noisy, but already alert by front office as a heads up.
Very good stay at the hotel. Rooms are clean. Service is top notch. Very friendly people at the reception. They even packed us a nice indonesian breakfast since we were checking out very early in the morning. Location is calm unlike the malioboro street. Breakfast had good variety of indonesian good, we tried a lot of new dishes as well.
I had a one-night staycation here and it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the security and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was spacious, spotless, and came with complete amenities. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for a staycation in Yogyakarta, especially because it’s located very close to Jombor Terminal, making it easy and convenient to get around.
Highly recommended! This hotel offers complete amenities, with comfortable, spacious rooms, although you have to call reception to request a hair dryer. The breakfast buffet is also really good. There's also a pool and gym. The only downside is its location, 25-30 minutes from Malioboro. The best part is the hospitality, they are very friendly and responsive. If you're planning to go to Yogyakarta and want a good hotel at a reasonable price, you should put this on your hotel list.
