Great stay with very friendly staff We had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belboutique Yogyakarta. What really stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, polite and always willing to help. The breakfast was another highlight, with a very extensive choice of both local and international options. There was plenty to choose from, so we enjoyed starting our mornings here. The hotel also offers convenient transportation options, which made getting around Yogyakarta much easier. The gym was perfectly fine for a full-body workout and had everything I needed, although it was quite warm inside. Next to the gym there is also a spa, which looked very nice. I would recommend making a reservation in advance, as it can get fully booked. Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent and friendly service. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Yogyakarta.

Modern hotel with perfect room size, roof top pool and great location, minutes drive from main street and train station. Good breakfast covering both western and Indonesian kitchen. Most impressive is the amazing staff that goes beyond the usual service. Super friendly and helpful. In terms of value for money, it’s the best thing you can get.

Feels Like Family, Not Just a Hotel ❤️ One of the most memorable hotel stays for my family in Yogyakarta! The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooftop area was amazing with beautiful city views. Breakfast was excellent with many Indonesian and Western food choices. If there were 10 stars available, I would be the first guest to give this hotel 10 stars! What impressed us the most was the hospitality of all the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to the receptionist who kindly accompanied my daughter, Queena, to make bracelets and necklaces before we checked out. She was so patient and caring, making Queena very happy. Before leaving, we even took photos together with the staff in the lobby. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being welcomed by family. This was the first time I experienced such warm and personal service from a hotel. The only small suggestion would be to have a dedicated kids’ swimming pool. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you Swiss-Belboutique Yogyakarta for such a wonderful and memorable stay. We will definitely come back again! ❤️

I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and service at this hotel. The food is great and the staff very pleasant. The hotel is located in the very center of Yogyakarta, which is a big advantage. Big thanks to Nisa for the attention given to the guests and the effort to make the guests feel more comfortable.
