Have stayed in this place numerous of times, and we actually love the place. Room is spacious enough, furniture is pretty and to our liking, bathroom is great with a shower as well as a bathtub, lighting is more than enough for me. Room, hall, lobby design are so pretty. Sure there never is enough parking but they have vallet and so far it works well with us. Welcome drink is just fantastic, they serve a variety of chips, a wrap, and a choice of drink, every single day in the restaurant. And I love the view from their resto. Location is not in the city center but to us it's not a problem. But communication with hotel staff via WhatsApp can surely be improved. We took the initiative to let the staff know that we will be checking out a bit late, but the response was absolutely not friendly. We were only late around half an hour. Such a shame when the other factors of this hotel is already that good, that last part left a bad taste in my mouth.

Best value luxury hotel in Yogyakarta with European vibes. However I have some things need to improve: - Shower windows and tiles are dirty, so many waterspots. This is actually easy to clean. - Small parking areas. If you want to get the nearest parking, get there before 9pm.

I stayed here on April 11, 2026. During check-in, I got a free upgrade to the President Suite because my original room was still undergoing maintenance. What a pleasant surprise! The manager and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, completely contrary to some bad reviews I’ve read. As for the restaurant, the menu might be a bit limited, but it is complete. Most importantly, they have Grana Padano cheese, which is very rare to find in other hotels! Breakfast with the view was an unforgettable experience. To top it off, we even ordered Indomie to eat in our room while looking at Mount Semeru through binoculars. So much fun! I hope my wonderful experience here spreads to other guests. Wishing the hotel management and staff endless success!

You can tell the hotel has shown its age but it’s still very well maintained because everything just worked perfectly and I almost had no complaints. My Premier King Room was very spacious for the price and it was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. However, the internet connection was a tad slow albeit it’s still tolerable for light browsing. Also, I think it’s time for the fitness center to receive an upgrade. Overall it’s 9/10 from me.
