We stayed for 3 nights since the location is near to our main destination. Overall the hotel is worth for money. We took bajaj using maxride app to get to Malioboro street (15min), Pakuwon mall is near the hotel. The room was clean, hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the pool is somehow only for kids since it's 1,25m deep only.

stayed here on Feb 10–11, 2026 for my graduation and lowkey this hotel carried the whole experience 😭✨ the room was clean, comfy, and way nicer than I expected for the price. Staff were super friendly, hospitality was on point, and they even let us take graduation pics around the hotel with no extra charge?? huge w. thanks, Grand Keisha, for making my graduation feel even more special. affordable , aesthetic, and definitely worth coming back to🤏🏻💞💞

Went to this hotel on my last Eid holiday this year. Surprisingly this hotel is amazing. Let’s put aside the 4-star title on it because it isbeyond 7-star standard. Their hospitality is beyond expected starting from the security, valet attendant, receptionist, until the room service are beyond friendly and helpful through my stay here. Will go back to this hotel in the next future for sure. Keep it up for the good work!
