We only stayed one night before continuing our trip to another city today. Overall, this hotel is a good option, its classic old-style character is well preserved, and the room was quiet, very clean, and surprisingly spacious. The price was also very affordable.
Cuma there were a couple of issues. The room AC didn’t cool the space properly all night, so our room stayed warm. YB
A really bad experience... when we arrived, we weren’t greeted by a bellboy, so we ended up carrying our own luggages. After that, I requested an early check-in, the central office said it was possible, but the hotel couldn’t guarantee it and mentioned there would be a fee if it was available. I agreed to that, but we still couldn’t check in early. Then, the worse part... they let other guests check in first, even though I was in a rush because of an event. Then, I asked for an iron, even though the room amenities for this room type already included one, but when I asked the hotel, they said they couldn’t lend me. Also, the hotel room came with only one key, if I wanted a second one, I’d have to pay extra.
Room was great, Services and Staffs were nice, the only issue is just the location quite far from Malioboro or Tugu Yogyakarta, but I think it's fine, just need to take on online transportation for 20-30 minutes to go to Malioboro. Hope the TV upgraded to option for Youtube or Netflix.

truly worth the price because wdym only for 400k/night i got a big giant room with a bathtub and a beautiful view!
all the staffs were helpful and friendly. i asked for a high floor room with a nice view because i traveled solo and wanted to just spent most of the time here, then they gave me a room in the corner with two big window🫶🏼
even tho the location is quite far from the city center but it's a nice place if you dont really need to commute back and forth to the hotel a lot while going out.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mona who warmly welcomed us during breakfast — she was truly attentive and made our morning better. The hotel has a classic feel, though some areas could use brighter lighting. Facilities were good, breakfast was tasty with nice variety. I was also lucky to get a connecting room, which is often hard to find in other hotels. Overall, a great experience!
