Out of all Vienna chain outlets we have stayed at, this one is probably one of the worst. 1) It's located on the 10th to the 13th of a commercial building, which has only 2 lifts. The main tenant has renovation work which made one of the lifts very dirty, 2) Renovation work including drilling was performed on that Sunday morning at 9am! Yes, it was a Sunday morning. I went to the reception and complained, and they said they "had tried to convince them to stop...". 3) It's located about 300 m from the nearest subway station (exit A). Not too far in China standard, but walking under the searing sun for 3/4 min could be a torture (no shade along the way). 4) When I asked one of the receptionists for a plug converter, she bluntly said "no", and that's it. No suggestion, no nothing! Fortunately I was able to get a USB converter from a lady who was cleaning the rooms. By the way, Google Map is not 100% accurate in China as its service is not authorized. In this case, this hotel is marked next to the commercial building while in fact, the hotel is right inside this commercial building "Zhong Zhen".
