Reviews here are mixed but my experience is great so far! Bed comfy, clean, nice towels, tea, internet works (tough for me only with wechat, not by room number and not by sms code) Yes staff don't speak English well but that was almost funny, they tried tough😄 I think people smoke everywhere, but I knew that about China before, my room didn't have any smell tough. Negative: WiFi almost unusable🚫 🚫 , TV only Chinese (no smart, Netflix YouTube nothing) The small box for signals was bad positioned and VERY OLD I mean smart sticks fireTV miStick to make them smart exists since 10 years... breakfast, okay very Chinese not that great Smell of cigarettes

We had room next to huge air conditioning exhaust. Very big discomfort. But breakfast and washing service are perfect.

we booked this hotel and when we got there we were given super small room for 1 person and it had NO window !!! On top of that it was extremely dirty and smelly. We paid and then we had to leave ( after few minutes ) as my wife was sick from the smell. We never used the room. Hotel was not flexible and did. Or want to return the money ( Again, room was not used at all ) and then wee had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night and ended up in Shangri La. Pictures from booking should be removed as they don’t reflect the real status of hotel. There is no access with taxi, you must walk with your luggage due to construction, lobby is clean and nice but anything else is unacceptable and very dirty with bad smell.
