In essence, many Indonesians stay here, and even the food is marked with pork. It's very modern and luxurious for Chinese standards. It's close to ATMs and McDonald's, but I haven't even had a chance to check out the convenience store yet. My stay at the Vienna Hotel Shenzhen truly exceeded all expectations and was one of the best moments of my visit to China. From the moment I first set foot in the lobby, I was immediately greeted by the magnificent architecture and stunning interior design. The hotel brilliantly blends sleek modern concepts with bold futuristic touches, creating an atmosphere that not only looks sophisticated but also exudes an aura of classy luxury in every corner. The lighting in the public areas is carefully designed to create a warm feel while highlighting the futuristic aesthetic. Upon entering my room, I was again amazed. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and meticulously designed. Every element in the room truly exudes luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable; the soft mattress combined with high-quality linens ensured a restful sleep after a full day of activities outside. A futuristic touch is again evident through the integrated smart room technology system, which allows you to easily adjust lighting, temperature, and even curtains with just a touch of your finger. The bathrooms are also luxuriously designed, featuring elegant marble and premium toiletries, adding to the pampering experience. This exceptional comfort is complemented by the hotel's overall tranquil atmosphere, a perfect place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis. The hotel restaurant serves a wide selection of exceptionally delicious dishes. The breakfast menu is varied, featuring a mix of authentic local dishes and international options, all deliciously prepared using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Enjoying breakfast in the sleek, modern dining area is a real boost of energy in the morning. In addition to the complete facilities, the service provided by the entire staff is exceptionally friendly, prompt, efficient, and professional, from check-in to check-out. The hotel's strategic location also offers easy transportation access and mobility to explore Shenzhen's various business centers and exciting destinations. Overall, the perfect blend of modern, futuristic design, true luxury, high-tech amenities, and maximum comfort makes Vienna Hotel Shenzhen a truly exceptional accommodation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a no-compromise experience. Without a doubt, I'll definitely make it my top choice and stay here again on my next visit!

It's amazing, worth it. The rooms are clean, spacious, and sophisticated. There's a robot that delivers things to the room. The service is really good.

Summary: I strongly discourage using this hotel unless you smoke like a chimney and enjoy the company of people lacking social etiquette. Good: Laundry Room size Bed comfort Room furniture Breakfast variety Reception service Umbrellas available Housekeeping service Shower size & hot water arrives fast Bad: No room safe No room fridge Room TV turns on with loud violin music every time guest enters Room curtains open every time guest enters, even late at night Only 1 very slow lift for guests (2nd lift malfunctional) Housekeeping occupies entire lift with trolleys of towels & linen, every day, which slows the lift even more. Robot obstructs the lift & slows it even more. ~20 minutes walk to / from the three closest metro stations (Cuizhu, Tianbei, and Tai'an) Some rooms noisy Laundry not accessible before 9am Ugly: Guests smoking everywhere, including laundry, passages, & lifts Hotel not enforcing their own no-smoking rule Room smelled of smoke Guests aggressively spitting in rubbish bins at reception and at lifts, even within sight of breakfast tables Guests openly and very loudly clearing their throats in corridors, lift, breakfast hall, and reception Guests overtly and loudly cutting finger nails in lifts & dropping residue on the floor I realise that the hotel cannot police every guest, but the complacency demonstrated by the hotel condones and encourages disturbing antisocial behaviour. There are cameras everywhere, including in the lifts, foyers, corridors, & 7 at reception. These are likely just for show and are not actively used. While the reception, housekeeping, breakfast, room, bed, and shower, are all good, the hotel's lack of underlying respect and blatant misinformation online about smoking, attracts the sort of guest with whom I do not feel comfortable. I would not want to stay at this hotel again. There are many better hotels around that cost only a small bit more. I'll happily pay a few more CNY for a smoke-free environment with good quality people.
