Reviews
Great hotel with a great breakfast buffet.
My only complaint would be that the pool temperature is not regulated. It's outdoor so hard to swim when it's cold. There's no jacuzzi or steam room/ sauna either.
The service is exceptional and the room has everything you could want.
A luxurious hotel with tremendous services. The room has spacious lounge with everything inside is extraordinary. Having no doubts also for the delicacies provide by this Hotel. The hotel location also located in the best location in Haikou not in crowded area, yet not so far from the city.
Walking by a distance, a spacious duty-free shopping complex awaits to be explored. The environment surrounding is also comfortable for short living. Best ever experience for short escape in Haikou.
The best hotel in Haikou for playing golf in a forest environment, and there is a outlet mall just beside the hotel, but it s quite a distance to the city.
Travelling is only as relaxing as the hotel that you choose to stay at. My family enjoyed our stay at Ritz Carlton in Haikou, it sure exceeded our expectations!
Great hotel. Great staff. Great restaurants.
