I like Ritz Carlton Guangzhou. It has exceptional service - the staff go above and beyond to anticipate and deliver on your needs.
The property felt a bit dated, but still very comfortable and clean. I liked my upgraded room with a view of Canton Tower.

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The entire hotel was spotless, elegant, and extremely well maintained. The breakfast deserves a special mention—an incredible selection, excellent quality, and everything prepared with great attention to detail.

The hotel was comfortable and relaxing with nice view. my disappointment were on the baby bed which was an old one without matters only blanket was in side! which made me return it back and refused to use it. Also, house keeping was not up to the standard of luxury hotel as there was no empty bottle of water left and a dirty table cloth left by housekeeping. we did not benefit out of Kids club as it was only available on Saturday and Sunday.
The property is an older one but very well maintained. The staff are very friendly and polite. We were upgraded to the Carlton Tower River view room which was spacious and had beautiful views. Breakfast buffet had excellent spread of food.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel during October–November 2025. The location is extremely convenient for attending nearby trade shows.
Our room was on a high floor with a beautiful view overlooking the Canton Tower and the Pearl River, which made the stay even more special. The hotel staff were all very friendly and professional, and it was lovely to see the team presenting themselves so elegantly.
One of our favorite parts of the stay was the rooftop swimming pool. It’s spacious and set outdoors, making it a wonderful place to relax, especially at night under the stars.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would be happy to stay here again.
