Swissotel Guangzhou

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swissôtel Guangzhou, and I was truly impressed by both the outstanding service and the excellent facilities. The staff were exceptional—professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to Chloe, the reservation officer, who provided excellent assistance prior to my arrival. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail made the booking process smooth and stress-free, setting a great tone for the entire stay. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was handled with efficiency and a warm smile. The team went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The facilities were equally impressive. The hotel offers well-maintained, modern amenities that cater to both relaxation and convenience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, while the common areas reflected a high standard of quality and comfort. Overall, the combination of excellent service and top-tier facilities made my experience truly memorable. I would highly recommend Swissôtel Guangzhou to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Check-in process was quick and smooth, however most of the staff can't speak English. The gym is very big and professional, but it's not exclusive for hotel guests. Very well equipped 👍 The swimming pool is Olympic size. Breakfast could do better , repetitive. Room interior is excellent and modern. Location is not near to metro station. About 8-10 minutes walk to Grandbuy mall. If you would like to go to the famous Beijing Road, it will take approximately 25- 30 minutes by car. Special thanks to Ms. Chloe and Mr. Greg for their service and hospitality.

If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Guangzhou, I can't recommend Swissotel Guangzhou enough! From the moment we walked in, the check-in was a breeze, and the whole team made us feel so welcome. Our room was super cozy and just perfect for relaxing after a long day. Honestly, the food was a major highlight – every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. What really made our stay stand out, though, was the incredible service. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the ambiance was so chic and calming. A massive thank you, and a special recommendation, goes out to Ms. Chloe. She went above and beyond to look after us and sort out any little concerns we had. Her attentiveness and genuine care truly made a difference to our experience. Hats off to Ms. Chloe! We had an unforgettable time and would definitely stay here again.

Got upgraded into a suite upon check in as a Platinum member - thank you very much. Room: Despite being slightly on the older side, the room is well maintained and clean. The staff has also arranged beds for my parents. Service: Check in staff was very polite, other staff were also okay. Got happy hour in the lobby lounge where we could enjoy coffee/tea and some food. Breakfast: Entitled to breakfast too but I found it to be lacking. The variety is quite limited for a Swissotel and very Chinese food focused. Overall, Swissotel has been the highlight of my Guangzhou trip.
