The hotel if fantastic! The room is very big, with fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and the iron. It has powerful AC so you will not get hot. The food is nice and near are big malls. The staff is very kind! The rooms are very clean and are cleaned everyday. Big thanks for the cleaning team and for the other staff of the hotel for making my stay very enjoyable 🩷
I’ve stayed at this hotel recently and found it to be a wonderful, luxurious place with the option of multiple bedroom suites or single bedrooms. The breakfast buffet was very good. There was some difficulty finding halal options, however everything was clearly labelled which made it easy to read and identify what each food item was. One downside is that no one seems to speak English, which can make it quite difficult when trying to communicate with the service desk or reception.
i have left my cap and my cover bag once i checked out. 3days after, i just realised i left them at the apart. since im still at GuangZhou, i went there again , hope they were still keeping it for me.. suprisingly, the housekeeping kept them for me. two thumbs for the housekeeping who is very honest and kind
My family of 6 adults and 2 children stayed for 5 nights, occupying 2 single rooms and 1 deluxe bedroom. Upon entering the room there was SEWER STENCH in the bathroom, just like someone just pooped in my bathroom. My other family members said the same thing about their rooms too ! When I contacted the housekeeping, someone came with an air freshener and said the smell was that of a chemical cleaning powder used to sanitise the bathrooms - she was clearly lying through her teeth ! Obviously the air freshener didn't help. We also observed the bathroom wall tiles were stained with grime. Each room was given only 3 bottles of water, any additional bottle chargeable.
I recently stayed here for about a week and it was the perfect "home base" for a busy trip. If you are in Guangzhou for business or a long-term stay, this is a fantastic alternative to a traditional hotel. The Space: The apartment was incredibly spacious and modern. Having a fully equipped kitchen and an in-room washer/dryer was a total game-changer—it made the stay so much more convenient and comfortable. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great view of the city skyline. Location: The location is excellent. It’s situated right by a major mall, so finding food, coffee, or supplies is effortless. It is also very well-positioned for anyone attending events at the Pazhou Complex, as it’s just a short commute away. Service & Amenities: The staff were professional and welcoming. The breakfast had a nice variety of both Western and local options, which was a great way to start each morning. Despite being in a central area, the room was very quiet, providing a peaceful environment to rest. Tip for travelers: The entrance can be a little tricky to find at first since it's part of a larger commercial building, but once you know where it is, the accessibility is great. Verdict: Highly recommended for anyone who wants more space and independence without sacrificing high-end service. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!
