Reviews
The breakfast was quite disappointing for a Sheraton hotel. There were far too many carbohydrate-heavy options, such as porridge, rice, noodles and similar dishes. The variety was limited, and the menu was almost exactly the same every day during our 4 nights stay.
The TV in our room was not working when we checked in on the first day. However, the hotel was responsive and agreed to change our room, which we appreciated.
Overall, the breakfast could definitely be improved, although I appreciate the hotel’s response in resolving the room issue.
I am a Titanium member and have been a loyal Marriott customer for over a decade. This is going to be one of the most memorable stays I’ve ever had with Marriott. After a long-haul flight, I was feeling unwell. Catherine in the lounge on 28F took note and offered food options (simple but exactly what I wanted) and assistance that contributed to my recovery during my stay. It was truly heartwarming to have someone care about my wellbeing—however small the gestures may have been—while I was traveling far from home.
Thank you, Catherine! I’m leaving this review to recognize this special and pleasantly unexpected experience. My appreciation also goes to the other staff in the lounge, including Sherry and those whose names I didn’t have the chance to learn.
Went there both in 2019 and 2023, the latter of which I attended a wedding. Food, service and atmosphere were great and nothing to complain of. The underground garage is very spacious and safe. Outside, the beach is just steps away from the entrance and offers much to do, both during the day and the night. Would definitely come here again.

Great hotel near the beach. The service is pretty good and the staff helps a lot. Very professional. The breakfast is served in a wild range from 6am, variety of choices. But very noisy in pick hours
