Nice hotel overall. The rooms were pretty big and very clean, which was a big plus. The location felt convenient and the hotel itself seemed well-kept.
That said, there were a couple downsides. Sometimes the room smelled like smoke, which was noticeable and not very comfortable. The service was okay, but the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming.
Also, soundproofing isn’t great. You can hear people outside and doors slamming, so it could be difficult to sleep if the hallway is noisy.
Robot delivers your takeout to your room which was pretty cool.
The hotel room are neat n clean just that e building lobby are super crowed which share with public need to wait very long . Hotel do provide supper too . Jus beside e hotel got convenience store n massage shop . Plus point 1 min to metro station n 3 min to shopping malls . Got few shopping mall around with in 5 min walk . Location are awesome . The only thing trouble is waiting time for the lift

Rooms are nice, clean n trendy. Front desk service n check-in could be much improved. Took a long long time to check in although we booked the rooms and had all documents ready. Internet in room is kinda slow.
