Horrible, will never be back, visited their Spa and they scammed me. Just because I’m western doesn’t mean you can charge me extra for services I never requested/was advised of. This is a shame and they truly ruined my birthday trip! Shame for Shenzhen hospitality industry.

Great hotel with reasonable price. Food shops easily accessible and the largest 壹方城mall is within walking distance.

The booking website for this hotel did print that it has swimming pool and gym facilities for hotel guest. But I was confronted to pay a token to use the facilities, and when I asked for an explanation at the reception lobby of what the booking website has stated. They stated to me that this is the responsibilities of the outsourced website company, not theirs! And a lady customer of mine went for a foot reflexology at this hotel after seeing an ad of 68 (Renminbi/Yuan), after half way through the reflexology; the service staff approached her that minimum expenditure is 168 (Renminbi/Yuan) + tax and service charges all in all. The total amount worked out to be >200 (Renminbi/Yuan). I believe such service business ethics need to confronted eventually. I personally avoid such hotel, as I do not know what else "MORE" that I would need to pay eventually in my final bill when I check out.
