Heart of Shenzhen's Tech District! I had an absolute, 5-star experience staying at Huaqiang Plaza Hotel! The rooms are exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day in the city. The staff members were remarkably polite, professional, and always eager to assist with a warm smile. One of the biggest highlights is its incredible location. It is situated right next to the massive, world-famous electronic markets and directly on top of the metro station, making transportation around Shenzhen ridiculously easy. The surrounding area is vibrant and full of energy, especially at night with fantastic food and lively street scenes. If I return to Shenzhen, this hotel will undoubtedly be my first and only choice. Highly recommended to everyone, especially business travelers and tech enthusiasts!

Excellent Service and Very Warm Hospitality I booked my room on September 24 and arrived at the hotel for check-in at around 2:00 AM on September 25. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. A special thank you to Lisa, Staff No. 4280, who helped me throughout the check-in process and was always very attentive during my stay. I stayed for three nights, and every morning Lisa kindly prepared a small gift for me. These thoughtful little gifts were very memorable and made my stay feel truly special. The hotel also kindly provided me with a late check-out, which was extremely helpful because I was traveling with my one-year-old baby. They also prepared a baby cot/crib for us, which made our stay much more comfortable. I really appreciate the excellent service and personal attention from the hotel staff, especially Lisa. It is not only the facilities that made my stay enjoyable, but also the genuine hospitality and kindness of the staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenzhen, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit. What a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—within walking distance of the IT mall and the train station, making it easy to get around the city. The hotel feels luxurious from the moment you step in. Everything is spotlessly clean, and our room was incredibly spacious with a spectacular view. It was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The little details really made a difference. I loved that charging cables were thoughtfully provided by the bedside, which was such a convenient touch. Our room rate also included breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper, which was excellent value. The highlight was having supper delivered by a cute robot—it definitely brought a smile to our faces! The self-service laundry facilities on the 31st floor were another bonus, especially for longer stays. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. Exceptional service, thoughtful amenities, great value, and an excellent location. Thank you for a wonderful stay—we will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city!
