The location is tough to beat. Being so close to both Shenzhen Bay Park and the Mixc Mall made planning our days effortless. We loved being able to easily head out for a relaxing walk by the bay or quickly pop over to the mall for dining, shopping, and entertainment. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly, warm, and accommodative to our family's needs. The daily housekeeping team deserves a special mention as well—they provided a very thorough and friendly service each day, keeping our space spotless and comfortable. Having that extra space and such a prime location made our weekend getaway stress-free and deeply enjoyable. We highly recommend this serviced apartment to any families visiting the area, and we will definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen!

I have been living here for 2 years with my family and my expierencie has been overall good , only one incident with pest control in my apartment that they didn't care until they saw me very upset. The price is high but you can pay with credit card and you don't have to deal with Chinese landlords and realstate scammers . Any problem I encounter here they try to help you staff is friendly and most of them speak average English which is very helpful. It's a good place to start your settle in china if you are not on budget or your company has no problem with the housing allowance
