Reviews
I hadn't been able to visit for a while due to COVID-19.
Visiting for the first time in about four years.
It seems nothing has changed.
True to a 4-star hotel, it is clean and the staff are friendly.
It appears to be well-maintained, but
the signs of age seem inevitable.
The mattress cushion on one of the beds in the twin room had sagged,
so I put a topper on it,
but it is too hard...
I prefer something soft...
I hope tomorrow morning's breakfast is as satisfying as it was four years ago.
Recommended for business trips.
Nice place to stay in shenzhen china
I have travelled from Australia to China 5 times in the last 12 months and always stay at the Rivan. Staff are excellent, Everyone from the smiling saluting door guards to the room maids are friendly and always make an effort to smile and communicate. Mona and Kevin on Reception are always wonderful and helpful. Rooms are perfect and comfy bed, a/c and a great shower. Restaurant for breakfast every morning and again the staff are always friendly and helpful, and chef knows now I always have my two runny eggs.
Highly recommend the Rivan to any of you other Westerners travelling to China. These guys are very helpful
