The hotel is the best in the world, I advise everyone to come here 10 out of 10

Close to the airport (taxi should be, depending on the traffic, around 40 yuan). My room was at the eleventh floir with a nice balcony and a seaview. Big fan above the bed was very nice so I could turn off the AC most of the time. Breakfast buffet was very good value for money. I stayed there for five days, buffet had no variety but still plenty to choose from. Pool was relatively empty which was goid because the beach is 3/10 at best. You were not allowed to go into the ocean anyway. There are two elevators in the Ramada building. If you take the correct one, you can go to the basement B1 and exit the building immediately. KFC, Pizza hut and other restaurants only a few meters from there. WiFi was terrible, 1/10. Had to use my SIM card.

We're currently staying at this hotel. We were upgraded to the room we booked in the old Ramada building on the 4th floor. Downstairs, renovations are starting early this morning. The bathroom doesn't have a proper outlet for my styler. The only mirror is in the bathroom. Since we're staying for 20 nights, we'd like to upgrade our room for an additional fee. The staff is uninterested in helping us and unwilling to accommodate us. The hotel guide is busy selling SIM cards, exchanging currency, and doing whatever else brings in money. We've been here three days, and no one has explained the hotel's services, schedules, or prices. When we met the guide, he was also busy selling excursions. Breakfasts are ok. The beach is nice.

Let's start with the basics: the location. It's far from the center, although there's plenty nearby, everything is extremely expensive, with a huge markup. The beach isn't right on the beachfront, but a 10-minute walk away. There are no sun loungers or lifeguards. The biggest pain and disappointment is that the hotel doesn't have its own entrance. We enter through the Wyndham, and getting to our room from the main entrance takes a long time. Service - the staff doesn't greet us, doesn't smile, isn't particularly helpful, and doesn't speak any language other than Chinese. They don't even try to understand, to be honest. The rooms are nice and large, but dirty and poorly cleaned. The furniture is worn, stained, and worn. It's terribly noisy; we constantly hear the neighbors upstairs. Plus, there's street noise, as the hallways aren't covered, but exposed to the street. That means our rooms are on the balcony. Internet - their Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. And I'm not even talking about our apps, which are blocked there. Their apps don't work, and it's impossible to even open maps. It would be fine if their roaming service worked, but it doesn't. As soon as you enter your room, everything stops loading. The only thing I really liked about this hotel was the breakfasts. They were varied and delicious, and everything was always fresh. But I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel just for the breakfasts. And I wouldn't go back myself.
