Reviews
Great hotel, built on a large scale with fantastic rooms. Having a swimming pool on the 46th floor is 'flash' - and you will need a cap to swim' - but the views are great. Lots of breakfast/dinner options in the restaurant and, if you are 'boring', then McDonald's/7-11 are just outside the front. Highly recommended hotel!
All is good except for the waiting time for the lifts. We like the location as an integrated development with mall access.
The hotel’s facilities and location are great — directly connected to a shopping mall, very convenient.
My premium suite on the top floor was spacious and had a great view.
However, the service was disappointing. As a Platinum member, I was told the Executive Lounge was closed and offered buffet dinner instead. When I requested a window seat, I was told it was “reserved,” though several window tables stayed empty during my meal (See attached photos). Later, staff said it was for 8 p.m. guests, which made little sense.
Good hardware, poor service attitude. I hope management improves communication and shows more respect to loyal members.
I recommend this hotel. Excellent service and the staff was very nice.

Special thanks to Dabi for for my day trip arrangement and invite me to join the hotel 4 years celebration .Which was a successful big party.
