Hotel is ok only but there are some things that should be highlighted:
1. The aircon in the room is centralised. So if they set the temperature at 25 degrees during summer, you'll be sweating inside the room... like I did. You'll sweat in the lobby too.
2. Room sound proofing is not good. You can hear doors slamming, upstairs walking, traffic outside the windows.
3. This is probably the only Pullman that doesn't have movie channels.
4. The 2 boys at the lobby bar were sitting on the floor glued to their phones when I was there for a drink. Had to break their attention to place my order.
5. There are no bell boys so if you have heavy or multiple luggage, you'll have to manage it alone.
6. Gym equipments were rusting and old.
7. Zenses spa is no longer there on level 5. Now it's a private spa.
This place needs an overhaul in order to carry the Pullman brand. That said, rooms are spacious & comfy, and breakfast was decent.
This hotel has a serious problem with smoking control. Over the 2 night stay, I had to change rooms 2 times due to the strong smoking smell in the room and through the ventilation. But it did not solve the problem. I could not sleep well. I will never stay this hotel again.
Nice hotel in a good location, close to local town and shops. Shame the rooms don't have any balconies.
Restaurant was lovely, serving lovely food with comfy dinning space.
Nice hotel grounds with one of the best pools around, set in a lush subtropical forest. Great balcony and large rooms with a large bathroom. Breakfast could offer a little more variety, there were days without orange juice (only mango, grapefruit and pineapple juices available!?) and without butter. My group left early in the morning and told them I'll be staying back while I hoped to sleep in as I was going in another direction - but had 3 people standing in my room at 6:18 am talking in Chinese waking me up. They finally brought someone who spoke english telling me that my group has left. That's my sleep ruined, thanks a lot!
A fully comfortable hotel! Booked because of a business trip. Spent 4 nights here. A very wide variety of food in every moment of the day. Spectacular international breakfast, as the lunches and as the dinners. Karaoke, evening pub. Every kind of service is available here. Very good experience.
