What truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service—especially the e-concierge via WeChat, which I have never experienced at this level in any Hyatt or other 5 star hotels. Whether it was restaurant reservations, room service, housekeeping, or even childcare, everything was arranged quickly and efficiently through the e-concierge in WeChat. The hotel is very child-friendly without making it feel overwhelming, allowing both families and other guests to relax and feel equally comfortable. When our child became ill during our stay, the staff provided fast and uncomplicated support, ensuring that both our child and we as parents felt well taken care of. The value for money for the rooms is excellent, and the level of service provided by the staff is truly priceless! We would gladly return anytime and will definitely be coming back

The most beautiful hotel I ever visited. However if you want to visit the outlets as non resident you must booked In advance otherwise security will not let you in. But once you are inside it is a different world. Staff are super friendly the hotel is beautiful. The dining experience in the tea house is amazing.

Just arrived in the hotel, requested a single large bed they only had twin. Requested a balcony they said oh last minute change sir, but the worst part is the fact that the whole hotel is still under construction, it is noisy and impossible to rest during the day. I don’t know how will I be able to stay 4 more days here it’s already very hard( If you are looking for rest, this hotel is not where that can be found.

Clean, spacious hotel with a nice free breakfast that stays open until 11 with as much bottled water free of charge that you need to drink. Great pool and the beach is excellent. Much better experience than being in Hawaii at another branded hotel. Very happy with Hyatt. Especially want to thank the employees.
