NONE OF THE BARS WERE OPEN!!!! My girlfriends and I went on a 5 day holiday here. We booked the triple duplex. It was awesome, but that was really where the positives ended. First of all, they had us enter the room to drop off our stuff before it had been cleaned, and it was TRASHED, so definitely left us with a bit of an icky feeling for a few days, and we even had to ask for a second cleaning. Anyway, one of the reasons we booked was for location, and it was nice in terms of access, but the beaches were very crowded to the point we didn't really use the beach at all. The hostesses were not helpful at all and needed constant reminding that we weren't Russian and spoke English. The WiFi was also rarely working, so we were pretty much reliant on the hotel staff's phones and translations. A second issue was that many of the guests threw litter in the pools and around the property, making it really frustrating. It also seemed as though many of the retired neighborhood locals use the pool chairs to escape their homes during the day, making finding seating very challenging. On the bright side, one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because of all of its bars and restaurants. We wanted a relaxing resort-style holiday in "The Hawaii of China." Not only were none of the bars open, the only way you could even order a drink there was if you ordered their million Yuan hot pot prefixed menu. So, we made trips to the convenient store attached the the hotel and managed to save a lot of money, which we weren't expecting allowing us to splurge on tours and spa services OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL. Another money saving bonus by staying at this ZERO AMENITY RESORT HOTEL, is that they did still throw down for the breakfast buffet. Since the only restaurant on-site was the hot pot place and the terrible room service food, we stocked up at the buffet for the day. And the buffet food was really good. One of my friends is vegan and was able to survive by take away containers during breakfast. We all pretty much survived on leftover containers from the buffet. Lastly, we weren't allowed cups from the hotel or anything to even drink our 7-11 booze from and were scolded when we attempted to use the pool sliding board. It was just one inconvenience after another at this place. All in all, this hotel is simply NOT for adults looking for a relaxing holiday. Go for one of the pricier all-inclusives in Yalong Bay if you want service and hospitality.

Great view and good location. Only thing is that the hotel is starting to show its age and everything needs to be renovated.
4.5 garde hotel..I really want to ask to people "Is it true?" WoW..Unbelievable..although the arrival time was noticed before almost 2weeks ago, the hotel changed my room..and gave me totally the different room😂😂😂 anyway it happens here. I KNEW IT. And the air conditioner did not work properly..yeah probably only my room☺️☺️. I have that lucky.....It's the worst ever before....
This hotel and resort is HUGE. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool is decent, and the breakfast buffet was also decent. The location was a bit further from some of the main parts of Sanya, but not too far away by taxi. Overall, I had a comfortable and relaxing stay here.
Beautiful, clean room. Most of the workers speak zero English, but everyone is pretty friendly. Very specific limits on changing usd to rmb. Raj is the best employee there - speaks great English, knows a lot of wonderful restaurants nearby, and is just overall extremely friendly and helpful!!!
