Mingyue Hotel

We stayed here on a business trip, attending an exhibition. The hotel used to be great. But now it needs some renovations or at least a deep cleaning. Nevertheless, our stay was pleasant. Pros: The room is spacious. The bathroom is also huge. White, high-quality bed linens. Super comfortable beds. A blanket and two pillows to choose from. The air conditioner is ceiling-mounted, so you won't get a draft on the bed. There's a kettle, tea, coffee, and glasses. The bathroom has shampoo, hair conditioner, and a generous shower gel. Everything is generously sized. There's also body cream. Breakfast is buffet style. The selection is extensive. It changed every three days. Noodles with shrimp, scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruit, sausages, potatoes, and sponge cakes. Drinks: juice, water, milk, tea, espresso/Americano from the coffee machine. The Wi-Fi in the room is weak. At most, it will load WeChat, WhatsApp, and VKontakte messages. The Wi-Fi at reception could be better. Cons: We saw one cockroach. The chair was covered in cigarette burns. The safe didn't work. There was one robe per room. The staff barely speak English.
