I am a solo business traveler. On the first night of check in when I was alone watching the TV and having my supper in the middle of the night, the housekeeper repeatedly knock on my door and disrupted my privacy. I thought something urgent happened, to be horror, the housekeeper knocked on my door just to tell me to not watch the TV as the next door guest didn’t like it. I was a full paying guest, yet I was disturbed for enjoying the facilities of my room. This is unacceptable. The TV volume was limited and controlled by the hotel and it was barely audible. I was watching according to the limits set by the hotel. Their TV and super thin non sound proof wall should be blamed, and not inconvenienced guests because of their own problems. I told them to change my room, but they refused. I told them to refund me and I move out immediately but they refused too. They want to take my hotel fee yet refused me of my enjoyment of the room. Lacking in integrity. On the third night, the housekeeper didn’t replenish the water and hand soap. Sloppy services.

Rooms with large and adequate staff for friendly my only grip is the rooms could do with a deep clean and the whole ways need a carpet cleaner

Excellent place near guangzhou railway subway. All markets are near by. Neat n well maintained room with halal breakfast options. Would love to stay again

Close to the Baiyun Leather market , clean rooms remodelled… the front desk is very helpful… and nice !!! Star 5 because the rooms are clean Staff is super nice and it is very close to the best replica market… as well very safe hotel for solo female travelers 🫶🏻
