I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a good experience, but there were a few areas that could use some attention. - The hotel is impressively large, and my room was incredibly spacious, providing a comfortable environment to relax. - The atmosphere was lively, with many families enjoying their stay, which added a vibrant energy to the place. - Check-in was quite a wait due to the hotel being fully booked. It would be great if they could streamline this process. - I was disappointed with the gym facilities; the equipment was limited and there was no staff present to assist or maintain the area. It was frustrating to see kids and underdressed guests occupying the machines without any oversight. - The morning buffet had a limited selection, and I wish they would consider changing the menu occasionally. The coffee served was also not up to par. - While the room was spacious, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning not turning off properly when I adjusted the temperature. - Communication through the app for requesting amenities was challenging due to language barriers, which made the process more difficult than it should have been. In conclusion, while my stay had its highlights, I believe the experience could be significantly improved with more attentive staff and better amenities. I hope to see these changes in the future!

Maybe I expected too much, but this hotel didn't convince me at all... First, room wasn't being used for ages, full of dust and water bottles with steam bubbles inside, it means they were there for many weeks. Swimming pool has many green areas, which seems nobody used the pool for months, they haven't brushed it yet. There is a small gate next to the pool to access the beach, it was locked, you have to walk back to the lobby and then access the beach... it means, you are wet from the pool and you have to walk through the lobby with very cold AC and make everything wet to get to the beach... Some non sense rules! Wifi signal sucks, at the pool you wanna chill and watch your phone, but there isn't any WIFI signal... room balcony also doesn't get WIFI signal... Besides everything, the ocean sucks, super muddy and disgusting in that area, but this isn't hotel's fault.
Our stay at Le Méridien Xiaojing Bay was a wonderful experience, combining stylish design, delicious dining, and a breathtaking seaside setting. The rooms are beautifully appointed with modern touches and calming tones, while the bathrooms feel like private spas with marble finishes and thoughtful details. The resort’s pool and beachfront views are simply stunning, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and tropical charm. 🍴 The dining options were equally impressive, with vibrant seafood, hearty rice dishes, and perfectly baked pizzas that made every meal memorable. Each plate was presented with care, highlighting fresh ingredients and bold flavors. 💎 What truly set this stay apart, however, was the outstanding service. A special mention goes to Camilla at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us. She kindly arranged a DiDi driver and ensured everything was smooth when we had to leave a day earlier due to the typhoon. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation feel manageable, and we are deeply grateful for her support. Despite the unexpected change in plans, the warmth of the staff and the beauty of the property left us with lasting positive memories. Le Méridien Xiaojing Bay is not just a resort—it’s a place where design, cuisine, and service come together to create an memorable stay
We have been loyal guests since the hotel first opened and are delighted to see the remarkable transformation achieved over the past year. The turnaround is truly impressive, with noticeable improvements throughout the entire property that reflect great care and attention to detail by the team. We especially love the spacious rooms and stunning views, and it was a pleasure to see the positive F&B enhancements with the buffets and Chinese Restaurant as well. The renewed energy and elevated standards are evident, and we hope this fantastic momentum continues as the team further enhances the overall Le Méridien experience. Highly commendable work by everyone involved.
Amazing hotel with well-developed infrastructure. We went for a short family holiday and it was fantastic! The room was very spacious, with two king-size beds, an extra wardrobe, and a spectacular sea view. Breakfast was served as a buffet until 11 (which is important) with plenty of options for all of us - both Chinese and European cuisine. Infinity pool was huge and beautiful, even though cooler than the indoor pool. We weren’t able to have our last breakfast because we were leaving early in the morning, but the concierge prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was so thoughtful! I would definitely come back to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone.
