L'hotel Nina

Elevators typically take a long time with some buttons that do not light up. A lot of people are rude and cut you in line when waiting for elevator or get in without letting people out. Rooms have bugs and the bathroom feels damp. There are total 2-3 outlets per room and two of ours were faulty. Two of the times I’ve stayed here, the fire alarm constantly went off, for which I’d expect at least a phone call or announcement to let us know these were false alarms. No apology or offer for compensation for the alarm noise disturbing the night. Moreover, people here are noisy running the hallways and talking, everything is easily heard from the room. For the price and location, it’s good but I would not consider this a 5-star hotel, especially compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at, 4-star at most. We inquired over email about the point system and they left a letter saying to go to front desk, and when we went to front desk, they said they don’t know and that we should email. Staff interactions are okay but don’t expect 5-star service and aside from you going to the front desk yourself, you’re unlikely to encounter any staff or greetings from staff around the hotel. Something different from other hotels is housekeeping fixed the room each day even when you stay longer but they often turn the ac cold and do not change the temperature back. Moreover, staff forgot to close our hotel room after cleaning during a previous stay here. There is no self-service laundry, although they offer a laundry service, it is way too pricy as they count by piece.

I had an incredible stay at Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West! Our room had a stunning, panoramic harbour view that made sunrise and sunset truly special. The location is super convenient and it is great hotel near MTR, making traveling around Hong Kong completely hassle-free. The amenities here are top-class: the hotel swimming pool is clean and perfect for relaxing, and you definitely shouldn't miss the dining options! We had a delightful meal at their chinese restaurant, and grabbed some delicious treats from their famous Nina Patisserie cake shop. Everything from service to convenience was 10/10. Will definitely return!!!!

I recently visited Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan and had a fantastic experience! Since it is a hotel near MTR, getting there was incredibly convenient. We had dinner at their chinese restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious—every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. Afterwards, we couldn't resist stopping by the hotel's cake shop, and the cakes we had were so yummy and fresh! To top it all off, we got to enjoy a stunning harbour view that made the evening even more special. Highly recommend stopping by for a great meal and a sweet treat!

Nice location with a beautiful view. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a very soft bed. Amenities were plentiful and well provided. There are many shopping malls nearby, and the metro station is within walking distance, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend this hotel.
