Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport

We arrived at Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport at around 2:30am after a late flight, and it was exactly what we needed. Check-in was quick and seamless, and to our surprise, the front desk proactively offered us a late check-out the next day without us even asking. After a long travel day, that was a much-appreciated gesture. The hotel's location couldn't be more convenient. It's directly connected to Terminal 3's Ground Transportation Centre (GTC), Gate 14, just a short walk from the international arrivals exit. It's also only a 3–4 minute walk to the Airport Metro Station, with clear signage throughout, making it an excellent base whether you're flying in or heading into Shenzhen. As a World of Hyatt member, we also received a complimentary room upgrade. The room was spacious, well-designed, and had plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The selection wasn't extensive, but it was well-curated, fresh, and everything we tried was delicious. Sometimes quality really does matter more than quantity. When checking out, the team offered to store our luggage, which is a thoughtful service for an airport hotel. We mentioned we'd actually need it on our return journey, as we had a 3am departure and wanted somewhere convenient to leave our bags and spend a few hours before checking in. They happily accommodated our request without hesitation, and that flexibility and genuine hospitality really stood out. For anyone arriving on a late-night flight or catching an early morning departure, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Comfortable rooms, a fantastic location, and warm, thoughtful service made it much more than just a convenient airport hotel.

Easy access from exit 14 and great value for what you spend. The restaurant is good and the staff is very kind. Try to avoid the rooms on the road side (5th and 6th floor) since there is non stop honking and noises from traffic.

I stayed here one night as I had a very late flight. Super clean, modern and comfy. Walking distance from the terminal (about 500m) so it's really convenient for a short overnight inside the airport!

I would like to commend Nancy the breakfast chef at Hyatt House Shenzhen Airport on 22 September 2025. She was bubbly and good-spirited at the breakfast buffet and brought a smile - a great start to a long day! Nancy noticed I was struggling to pick up a liu sha bao from the buffet when my hands were full and kindly helped me with it. Thank you for the good experience!
