Stayed for two weeks with family for a milestone birthday celebration. The breakfast was exceptional — huge variety of Chinese dishes alongside international options, which kept us excited every morning. Staff were welcoming and the location in Yalong Bay is perfect for beach access. Would happily return.
Stayed in this hotel for a week, and it was probably one of the worst, if not the worst experience ever. There was only one lovely lady who knew english, the rest of the stuff was speaking chinese with no comprehension of english WHATSOEVER. Ordered a burger once, made very clear that I don’t want bacon in it. They brought the burger out with bacon in it and apologised by bringing pineapple juice. The bed sheets were changed once in a while, although it’s a five star hotel. The food options were very limited and if you have any dietary restrictions be prepared to starve yourself 😂 With the price you pay for your stay there the service provided is extremely terrible and is just not
worth it. The beach has a limited amount of sunbeds so if you get to the beach later than 10AM you have to roam around looking for a place to rest. The room was the only “advantage” of this hotel. The mattress is very nice and comfortable, there’s a lot of space.
This brand-new hotel is perfectly positioned in the most breathtaking part of the magnificent Yalong Bay. Set against a lush forest backdrop with a serene lake to the side, the setting is unlike any other hotel on the shore. The combination of elevated sea views, pristine nature, and pure tranquility makes it truly unique.
From the moment you arrive, the feeling is unmistakably fresh and luxurious. Everything is spotless – a true 10/10 for cleanliness and presentation. The facilities are outstanding: a stunning pool with panoramic sea views on the 3rd floor (a photographer’s dream), a dedicated children’s pool, a vibrant game center, and plenty of inviting spaces to relax. The lobby is an oasis of calm, with a gentle sea breeze and comfortable seating – perfect for enjoying a drink or simply unwinding.
The beach is literally just a 2–3 minute stroll away, passing a few charming boutique shops along the way.
Culinary experiences here are equally impressive. Breakfast is fresh, varied, and of very high quality. But it was the dinner buffet at the main restaurant that truly amazed me – refined, beautifully presented, and far exceeding my expectations. Honestly, it was at the level of the world’s top resorts. Lunch at the 2nd-floor family restaurant was also superb – fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared.
Our room was modern, comfortable, and equipped with every convenience we could need. The concierge service was flawless, handling every request with ease.

Prob the most kid friendly of all the luxurious resorts we have ever stayed in. Love the thoughtful kids sink in bathroom, and bunk beds with slide. And of course princess alpaca!
Yalong bay beach is just a small road across, with hotel's own sun loungers for our use.

It was a wonderful vacation. We were in the hotel for 2 weeks. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms. Excellent service. The hotel is focused on holidays with children: playrooms, animation, contests, entertainment program. The best and most delicious restaurant (we had breakfasts and dinners). Live music every evening👏🏻. I would like to express special thanks to Daisy, who works in the restaurant. She is always very friendly, sensitive, responsive and insightful. Wonderful employee and person. And I would also like to express gratitude to the children's animators, we and our children loved them so much. It was always fun with them, and we did not have to worry about our children. I hope we will definitely return to the hotel again.
