This hotel made our experience in Shenzhen very enjoyable. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is something to look forward to. We’ll certainly stay here again next time we’re in China.

Love the location, it's walking distance to a lot of attractions like Window of the World and a high end mall. All the staff are very helpful - from the cleaning ladies, restaurant staff and front desk especially Elaine. She helped us book another room even if we initially booked only 1 room. She was very efficient! The hotel is family friendly, they provided a very cute toiletry kit for all our 3 children (see photos). Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Shenzhen during Easter break and had a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. A special shoutout to Holis, who helped us carry our luggage to our room and arranged taxis for us. His assistance was especially appreciated after our long and chaotic train journey from Hong Kong to the Lok Ma Chau border. The customer service team was exceptional—always ready to help with any request we had. The facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The indoor pool is amazing, although I do wish the outdoor door was open. Regardless, it was a wonderful experience! The gym is fantastic, equipped with advanced machines and equipment that put many other hotels to shame. I loved being able to work out every day during my stay. The staff's ability to speak English was a big plus, making communication easy and pleasant. The hotel is also conveniently located near Happy Valley Amusement Park and Windows of the World, so we didn't need transportation to enjoy these attractions. Overall, I can't recommend Hotel Indigo enough. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Shenzhen!

First hotel we stayed at in Mainland China. 🇨🇳 Pleasant surprise in every respect! Clean, well-lit, and tastefully decorated. Staff aims to please and shows it. Room was spacious; bathrooms were well appointed and very accommodating; and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Breakfast was tasty, although there were fewer Western food options. Porters were efficient and pleasant. No serious complaints. Would stay here again!
