The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and surrounded by many restaurants. There's a Starbucks across the street. The staff at the check-in counter were great and very helpful, but the person I met at check-out didn't even smile; they were like a machine. Also, the room is not well soundproofed.

An outstanding stay at Shenzhen Holiday Hotel! I recently stayed here during my business trip to China, and I must say this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is perfect right in the heart of Shenzhen, with easy access to business centers, shopping areas, and local attractions. The surroundings are vibrant yet peaceful, making it ideal for both work and relaxation. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with a modern yet comfortable ambiance. My room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering everything I needed after long business meetings. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff deserves special mention – they were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, whether it was arranging transport, offering local tips, or ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. Overall, Shenzhen Holiday Hotel offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and quality service. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shenzhen.
