Do something about the food! Europeans can't eat! Meatballs taste like cat food, duck is swimming in fat and skin, salads are all covered in greasy mayonnaise, pasta is overcooked and full of onions. Why torture people like this?
My friends and I vacationed in March 2026. The hotel itself is fine, but it has its drawbacks. For example, we shared a room with three people and three beds, but they almost always gave us two towels and two robes; we had to look for them and ask them to bring them. We only discovered by chance that soft slippers were provided four days later. But I can easily overlook this, and the real reason for the bad rating is precisely because the third bed is a folding bed with a mattress. We were prepared for this, but the state it was in... I don't know how old the mattress is; it's very bad to sleep on; you can feel every spring digging into your body. The pillow they gave us was made of something I couldn't understand; you could lose your neck with a pillow like that for a long time. I'm not a picky person, but when I lay down on a normal bed, I was stunned by what I was sleeping on for, excuse me, over 120,000 rubles for a trip. I think it's unacceptable for a 5-star hotel to have such beds. It's better not to sell an extra bed at all; everyone pays the same price for that bed, and there's no discount. People generally value sound sleep in the right conditions, especially on vacation. When I asked for a mattress replacement, they put a blanket down for me. 🤦♀️ You understand, the situation hasn't changed at all!
The only thing that brightened up our vacation was the people who work there. Konstantin, the guide, and his wife are people who will remain in our hearts. We can easily order a taxi, order food, and write an address in Chinese. Basically, these people will help with any question. And by the way, they directed us to an outlet shopping center where you can actually buy brand names for next to nothing. I brought my husband enough clothes for a year in advance.
It was better than I expected. The pool view room had a great view and the room was very comfortable. Although it's close to the airport, the hotel itself doesn't seem to offer a shuttle service, but we still had a very pleasant stay.
We stayed at this hotel in early January. Our room overlooked a construction site. There was banging and digging every day from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., including Saturday and Sunday. It was loud. I asked to change rooms, but reception was full. Toward the end of our stay, they offered us another room, but there was no point in changing. The room was cool. The air conditioner never went above 24 degrees. The breakfast was okay.
