Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful..
We have breakfast daily at the hotel and the food was nice and we are also please with the laundry service..
Hotel room and toilet are very clean without stain and the walkway towards the hotel room is bright enough which we love it..
Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to metro station..
Overall we have a pleasant stay at the hotel..
We asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport, and they charged us 500 yuan. Later, the driver himself told us the actual fare was only 200 yuan.
When we questioned the hotel staff, they made excuses saying we had more luggage and needed a bigger car, but it was very clear they were simply trying to take extra money from us because we don’t know the local language and cannot use their taxi apps ourselves.
This kind of dishonest behavior is extremely disappointing and makes the hotel feel untrustworthy. Tourists should be very careful here, as they seem to take advantage of foreign guests whenever they get the chance. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I love to stay at Holiday Inn Express always. So Naturally chosen this IHG Hotel to stay as it's close to the High Speed Rail Station that I wanna take. Rooms as usual, spacious enough for 2pax and 3pax This time came with my kids so booked another one bedroom suite, which had a sofa and ample space for 3 young adults. 5mins walk to the metro station and just beside one of the most famous night markets. Just downstairs is McDonald's which opens till midnight. There's also a provision shop next to the McDonald's and Cotti Coffee. Surrounding area has plenty of food choices and supermarkets to get your snacks and drinks.
I do recommend staying here if you don't like the city buzz area. Less noisy also. Great stay as always.

I really don’t recommend this at all ..
55$ per night
1- I spent 4 days in this hotel without air conditioning!!
2- The housekeepers open the door while you are sleep
3- They always clean rooms even when you don’t ask for
4- When they clean 🤣, they don’t clean and leave the garbage as is.
5- You left the bags with no help.
