Had an amazing stay at Hilton Shenzhen Convention Centre. Special thanks to Edison, Daniel, Seraphina, and John for their excellent service. They were all friendly, professional, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Really appreciate their warm hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel!
Very nice. Finest to the details. Very friendly staff. Nice gym and pool (they require gaggles and head cap though). Walking bridge connecting to the parks and subway (about 7-8mins walking). NOT walking distance to the Snow World. But a Didi is cheap and always readily available. Would definitely come back here. Not all staffs speak English, but they are very nice.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were especially impressed by the level of service provided. The guest services team truly went above and beyond to take care of us. We would like to give special thanks to David Chen and Daniel for their exceptional support. They took great care in handling our insulin medication delivery, ensuring it was properly refrigerated and stored at all times. This gave us real peace of mind during our stay. Their attention to detail and genuine willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference in our experience. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this hotel to others.
It is close to the ski mall and convention center. Not much to eat nearby. Mainly eat inside the hotel unless if you go to ski mall. Service friendly but not professional. The room mable floor is extremely dirty. Used a wipes to clean it. The paper turned to black. Cs center sent someone to sweep the floor immediately. The explaination was maybe the sweep towel was dirty and the staff wore shoes into the room. We stayed in JW marriot usually in SZ , never encountered this problem. Room is new , cozy but cleanliness is a concern. Overall experience is 3.5 stars. Second stay here due to the first time experience was fine . The first stay the floor was not clean but not to this time level of dirt. Management has to pay attention to this. Booked Deluxe executive last week and king premium for this time. I would say Executive lounge is very basic. We usually don’t use the evening 6-8pm hours so it was not worth value for us. For Deluxe room includes a coffee machine which is convenient and premium room has no coffee machine. Room are the same.
Stayed at the Hilton Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. Location is ideal if you’re attending the expo or flying in/out of Bao’an Airport. Overall, a reliable and well-managed hotel. I would definitely stay again.
