Very spacious and comfortable hotel room. Rachel of front desk is very helpful and attentive. She speaks good English too which is unfortunately not common in China. Got free upgrade to suite. Hotel staffs are friendly. Robot assisted service 👍
My recent one week stay here was excellent. Great hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, and excellent service. Comfortable stay and good location.
My recent six-day stay was an absolute pleasure and sets a new benchmark for service. The entire staff is exceptionally professional and personalized their attention, making me feel truly valued throughout the week. The consistency of their excellence was remarkable.
The accommodations are a true serene escape. My room was spacious, quiet, and flawlessly maintained by the housekeeping team. I especially loved the private balcony with its peaceful, natural views—a beautiful and rare contrast to city life.
Amenities like the diverse daily breakfast buffet and the modern 24-hour fitness center were perfect for a long trip. Despite its tranquil, secluded feel, the hotel offers excellent connectivity to the city center and the convenient Canton Fair shuttle.
This is the gold standard for comfort and personalized service in Guangzhou.
