Located in the business and cultural core of Luohu, our hotel is within five minutes of Luohu Railway Station and the nearest metro stop. Our walkable district puts you 10 minutes from China World Mall, Kingglory Plaza, and Dongmen Pedestrian Zone. The Convention Center is just 15 minutes away, and we are 40 minutes from Shenzhen Airport.
Extremely disappointing stay. The air conditioning in the room barely worked and failed to cool the room down. Worse, the room had major hygiene issues and resulted in severe insect bites. When issues were raised, management tried to dodge responsibility instead of addressing them properly. Far below the expected standard of this hotel brand.
We had a very pleasant stay at this Hampton 深圳東門from April 8–12. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff we met were exceptionally polite. Breakfast was very good and offered a nice start to each day. Wesley at the front desk was especially helpful—he clearly explained the hotel services and greeted us with a great attitude. The hotel is conveniently located just one block from a subway station. Highly recommended!
Loved have access to the large LG washer and dryer. Didn’t even need detergent. You cant wash socks shoes and underwear. Was so clean and opposite the gym. So can put a wash in and do a workout why keeping an eye out on your washing.
We had a nice stay at the Hampton by Hilton hotel. The hotel was very easy to access through the Shenzhen metro and it took just a 3-4 minutes walk from the metro station exit. The Room(Deluxe king) was clean and tidy with a comfy bed, TV, fridge, a sofa that can be converted into a bed and other required essentials. The hotel is located in a location where we can access the main places of Shenzhen like Dong men street, Civic centre and many others . Happy to post a review to this hotel. Thank you.
Excellent location, everything is shining as new hotel,room sizes are huge, inside rooms a all accessories are best in class, nice staff , they will welcome you with smile and listen your all requets and try their best to fulfill, I got a free upgrade to business suite that was a best room with good view. Delicious breakfast mix of english and Chinese items. I strongly recommend this hotel everyone whether Chinese or Non-Chinese citizens. Thanks to Mr James who is Hotel Manager helped to ensure my stay is comfortable.
