I stayed here specifically for the Fair. Pros: • Proximity to the Fair: It’s a very quick and easy DiDi (taxi) ride to the exhibition center. A major plus for commuting. • Neighborhood & Dining: Located in a residential area, there are plenty of great local restaurants nearby. • Room & Facilities: The hotel feels recently renovated or built. The rooms are spacious, and the overall facilities are very clean and modern. • Breakfast: The breakfast spread is extensive and delicious. In my experience, the dining quality across Hilton-affiliated hotels in Guangzhou has been consistently excellent, and this one is no exception. Cons & Things to Consider: • Subway Access: Keep in mind that the hotel is not close to a subway station. You will need to rely on taxis/DiDi. • Noise Issue: This is the biggest drawback. While the room itself is nice, the window soundproofing (sashes) is quite poor. If your room faces the main road, the street noise is loud. The hotel seems aware of this as they provide earplugs in the room.

Room was super nice and staff was nice! Had no problem with a late checkout too, a bit far from everything tho
A clean modern facility much better suited for travelers from China (certainly a 4-star rating for them). However, this hotel does not seem suited for international travelers. The location is not close to subways or within walking distance to attractions. Taxi pickups can be awkward at this hotel, and the staff (friendly and effective in other matters) could be better trained in how to call for taxis for guests who may not be familiar with ride-hailing apps.
We switched from another hotel to this hotel due to hygiene issues. Although further away from the city center but it was clean and tidy, no smoking smell. We checked in but the layout of the room was not as desired. Thanks to staff Melody in helping us switch our room at the last minute. I highly recommend to stay at Hilton brand hotels if you plan to visit China. They are able to keep their standards.
The location honestly sucks. The walk to the station isn’t too far but since there’s renovating going on, it was difficult to walk. Also, the front desk is a hit or miss. I’ve encountered like 7-8 workers here and only the person who checked me in was kind and spoke cantonese. It’s so sad to see that most people here aren’t even locals and can barely understand cantonese. The surrounding area too is fully of non-locals. So do not expect to find cantonese cuisine nearby. The room itself was spacious and surprisingly clean and no smell of smoke! That’s a big plus in China honestly. However, they failed to mention the renovation on their website. Therefore, if you wish to avoid the construction sounds, get a twin bed instead.
