this is a good place with easy access to MRT, mall, Beijing road. the receptionist is friendly and helpful. they can help us ordering a transport to the airport. The room is spacious, clean, and have a lot of amenities.

The location is excellent. Absolutely convenient and has whatever you need and want. A-Mall is just downstairs and Beijing Road is just 5 mins away. However, the room is 50% smaller than seen in the pictures. The postings featured beautiful spacious rooms which were aesthetically pleasing, However the room turned out to be dated and well-lived in (think 25 year old apartment with wall deco). Tame your expectations and you will be fine.

Came to Guangzhou for vacation and stayed here for 1 week. Not bad quite like this apartment. Very near Beijing Lu and the nearest train station is Gongyuanqian got alot of nice food to eat and things to shop! The staff here are very patience and are very willing to help you. Had problems with my alipay and the lady receptionist helped me out very nice of her. The only downside is that the TV is not working and the walkway can be abit noisy and soundproof is not good.

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. Location is 5 to 10 mins walk to Beijing Road. Metro station is just next to it. Worth recommending Edited: Hotel is helpful. Provide address for your taobao orders and provide instructions on how to go to hotel via metro from airport. One of my taobao parcels is lost. Miss Liu from reception took the effort to find it for me even after i checked out and pass to my brother, who checked out 1 day after me. Great service

Although this letter of commendation comes a little later than intended, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at Cloudy International Apartment, Guangzhou, from 15 to 21 October 2025. The location of the apartment is excellent—directly connected to A-Mall and Gongyuanqian Metro Station, making it extremely convenient to get around the city. The linkway between A-Mall and the metro station is lined with various shops, adding to the convenience and charm of the area. The famous Beijing Pedestrian Street is also within walking distance, approximately 10–15 minutes away. Our room was very comfortable and well-equipped, including a washing machine with detergent in addition to all the usual daily necessities. The only minor drawback we experienced was that the lifts operated rather slowly, but this did not significantly affect our overall stay. We would especially like to commend Ms. Liu and Fang Fang from the Front Desk for their outstanding service. They were extremely helpful and patient in addressing our questions and concerns. We had quite a number of Taobao parcels delivered during our stay, and they went out of their way to assist us in searching and locating them. We would also like to express our gratitude to our housekeeper, who was always friendly and ensured that our room remained clean and tidy throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we sincerely thank the entire team for their excellent hospitality. ☺️
