Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen

Brilliant location and an excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel is incredibly convenient for exploring Shenzhen, and the overall level of service was fantastic. We’d particularly like to personally thank Edward for his thoughtful and genuine service. When we arrived, he offered us the option of a paid upgrade to a Club Room. We decided against it simply because we knew we’d be out exploring for most of the day and wouldn’t get much use out of the additional Club benefits. Despite this, Edward very kindly upgraded our room category anyway at no additional cost, which was completely unexpected and hugely appreciated. It wasn’t just the upgrade itself, but the way he looked after us and made us feel genuinely welcome that stood out. It’s these small, thoughtful gestures and personal touches that can really make a hotel stay memorable, and Edward’s service absolutely did that for us. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning the next time we’re in Shenzhen. A huge thank you again to Edward and the team for making our visit so special!

Disappointing Check-in Experience & Cramped Breakfast Area We informed the hotel beforehand that we would arrive at 12:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were told our room was being cleaned. We returned at 2:30 PM after 2.5 hours at a nearby mall, but the room was still not ready due to a maintenance issue, requiring a room reassignment. Once in the new room, our luggage took another 50 minutes to arrive after we called the front desk to follow up. Note on layout: The 1st floor is just the Concierge; front desk check-in and breakfast are on the 6th floor. Compared to Four Seasons Beijing, the breakfast experience fell short. The restaurant was cramped, with a narrow 6-foot hallway to reach the buffet where two people could barely pass each other. To be fair, if compared to a standard hotel, the service is fine. However, for Four Seasons standards, it fell short of expectations.

Such exceptionally good staff everyone from the reception to the restaurants and room service is phenomenal. Honestly the best hotel in china. Special thanks to the Korean head chef who personally greeted us everyday for breakfast. Best business trip ❤️Four seasons has exceeded my expectations to this business trip in Shenzhen.
