Four Seasons Guangzhou

Excellent service from the hotel staff. Super attentive to details and helpful. Beautiful spacious rooms and amenities. Great view. Location also super convenient. Highly highly recommend! Only bad thing is the lift from 1st floor to the hotel lobby on the 70th floor is slow. Otherwise, perfect place!

This was my second stay at the Four Seasons Guangzhou for a business trip, and both times I stayed for about a week. Once again, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful and extremely comfortable, but what really makes each stay so memorable is the exceptional staff and service. A very special thank you to Ms. Trista at the reception desk, who was truly a gem throughout our stay. She always greeted us with the warmest smile and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was incredibly kind, attentive and always ready to help, and her hospitality genuinely made our stay even more special. I would also like to give a special mention to Ms. Meggie, who was extremely sweet, warm and helpful throughout our stay. A big thank you as well to all the bellboys and housekeeping staff for their wonderful service, and to the lovely lady manager in the breakfast area (unfortunately, I didn’t get her name), who was always so attentive and welcoming. After spending a week here on two separate business trips, I can confidently say that the Four Seasons Guangzhou has consistently made my stays extremely comfortable and enjoyable. It has truly been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Guangzhou. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so well looked after. I will definitely look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

We had a great stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou. What impressed us most was not that everything went perfectly, but how proactively and graciously the team handled the occasional problem. After a long journey, we arrived to find that our kids’ suite was still not ready—even after the early check-in time included with our AMEX Centurion Fine Hotels + Resorts booking and, ultimately, after the hotel’s regular check-in time. The team handled the delay very well, inviting us to the executive lounge for food and drinks while we waited. The suite itself was unlike anything we had encountered at the many other Four Seasons properties we have visited. It was clearly designed for children slightly younger than seven, but our seven-year-old still had a fantastic time with the bunk beds and slide. The hotel also provided an excellent assortment of children’s amenities, including a robe, slippers and toiletries. These thoughtful details made the stay feel genuinely special. The pool was excellent, with attentive staff throughout our visits. Breakfast may not have been the very best we experienced in China—but that is largely a reflection of the exceptionally strong competition across China and Asia. It was still very good, and the handling of our son’s nut allergy was particularly impressive. Staff members communicated through their headsets to verify that items he selected were safe. They even warned my wife and me when we chose dishes containing nuts until we explained the specific limits of his allergy. Their care, communication and vigilance gave us real confidence. A few small issues arose during the stay, but each was handled promptly and professionally. The combination of imaginative family accommodations, thoughtful amenities, attentive service and excellent problem-solving made this a memorable stay. We would happily return.

Had an amazing stay at Four Seasons Guangzhou. We booked a Canton Tower View room, and the view was absolutely incredible. Waking up above the Guangzhou skyline and watching the Canton Tower light up every night was unforgettable. The hotel is almost the same height as the tower, so the view is honestly just as impressive. The highlight of our stay was the service, especially from Eva, the Concierge Manager. This was my girlfriend’s and my first time visiting Guangzhou, and Eva made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She had our room beautifully set up with flowers and was always attentive and happy to help throughout our stay. She really made our first visit to Guangzhou a memorable one. The lobby is beautiful and the entire hotel feels luxurious. We didn’t have time to check out the rooftop bar or gym, but we’ll definitely be back next time.
