Publication is absolutely amazing.Food is terrific. Breakfast is unbelievably variety full. Services, poor they barely do anything about a problem.We had a cockroach 🪳 in the toilet, and it really didn't matter to them. You send emails and they dont give a xxxx. Images attached.

Relatively new hotel with nice decoration, polite staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Polite and helpful staff, a little bit of a let down by the location.

Hotel is newer, clean & conveniently located. We are impressed with the front desk staff, Aaron Chen, when he helped with our dinner reservation and a food delivery gone sideways. Thank you Aaron for the final success to our dessert delivery to put a sweet ending to a long day of sightseeing. The other staffs are also
warm and welcoming.
Tammy and her staff are so friendly and wonderful and helpful. They helped with my orders because my Chinese is no good. Also they helped my mum install her new mobility scooter because she is elderly women. Such great staff and service is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this hotel.
