Ok. central location and easy for you to buy locals goods. Only fall back, as like all hotel located in the central, the room is compact and bathroom is small. Shower gels and shampoo is located at the side, where user tend to hit onto them when showering. Suggest hotel to relocate the position such that it's directly facing the user instead of at the side. Breakfast have a good spread of food to choice from.
Stayed here for 2 nights, was okay for this length of time wouldn't want to stay any longer. Bar and pool were great. Rooms themselves were not. Strange smell in our room (think it was the AC) and it was either too hot (without AC) or too cold (with AC). Rooms were also quite noisy and l could easily hear people next door.
Good location and convenient. Housekeeping staff are good. The room is super small but expensive. The hotel is little outdated. The plugs are old, no usb plug. The room we stayed was hot! Then the staff told us one of the AC unit is broken. No one told us when we check in!!!! At the end they just provided us a fan for two nights🤬 they should have told the guests about the AC issue. The hall way and elevator have strong ac. We couldn't even sleep well for two nights. The hotel didn't offer anything beside a fan....i paid $120+ usd per night for this.
Great shower and room was enough but expensive for what you got. Love that they have a water station on each floor and a jug you can fill. Eco friendly with towels ( some hotels say they are but still replace everything daily anyway). They have discount prices advertised on site but these are for if you are a member not for everyone. Breakfast was a little pricey but extensive.
What a brilliant hotel! Can't fault the location or the staff. There was a 7/11 directly opposite which was perfect for grabbing a late night snack as well as plenty of restaurants. The room had a really funky, art deco design with a very comfy bed, plenty of storage and all the mod cons. The bathroom was a good size with a powerful shower and beautiful toiletries. The water refill station and recycling bins near the lift were very handy. The rooftop pool was an added bonus too! The best thing was having the food court downstairs, it took the stress out of finding somewhere for dinner each night. The food was very reasonably priced, with generous portions. We would definitely recommend the Eaton for anyone staying in Hong Kong.
