Great views, garden resort area even with a mini zoo and vegetable garden to look around. It seems slightly dated but in shape. Breakfast is the usual cramped buffet in Hiltons on the island. What I found disappointing is "room not ready yet" at 4:30pm check-in time with no means to make up for it other than "we can store your luggage". Also the poolboy pretty rudely asked "where you going? sign here!" ... which definitely is not for security as anyone can just go in and out and there are no security measures whatsoever.
The rooms are clean and the staff are attentive and take good care of you.
Nice Resort to stay with family and to have company meetings...
Easy to communicate...located between Hainan and Sanya...
You can enjoy Continental food...😋 and live music too...🎹🎸🎷🎶
The hotel has new facilities and beautiful scenery of lakes and mountains. It has an infinity pool and an indoor heated pool, but the opening hours are only about 5 hours (11:00-16:00). There are many children's play facilities. The breakfast is generally very good, but it would be better to add another coffee machine. The lack of signs indicating 'meat or vegetarian' is a major drawback. On the other hand, the rooms are very clean and the service is good.
Truly excellent Hotel with tasteful contemporary Design. Generous Pool Landscape including Hot Springs. Friendly & engaged Service. I am a rather picky Hotel guest but this Hotel stands out.
