We wanted to explore a different district in Shenzhen and booked this hotel. Check-in was smooth overall. Prior to arrival, I emailed the hotel to communicate my preferences. Normally, I would rely on Hilton Honors app messaging, but in China those messages aren’t always monitored closely, so emailing felt like the safer option. Upon arrival, we were assisted by a staff member named Yolanda, who was helpful and confirmed an upgrade for us diamond members. We ended up with a room that included a washer, dryer, and refrigerator, which was a great bonus. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay. It was great to have cold A/C! It’s worth noting that the hotel's executive lounge appears to be temporary closed per GSM Vivian. Instead of the executive lounge, they now host a happy hour in the first-floor restaurant, where the buffet is served. Executive members are charged 100 RMB per room, which I found a bit surprising since this wasn’t clearly indicated in the app. To their credit, the staff honored access as a one-time courtesy in our case. There was also an option to pay an additional 38 RMB for upgraded items like premium seafood, though we didn’t feel the need since the standard offering was already quite extensive. The buffet included items such as lamb chops, beef, and a wide selection of desserts. The quality was decent overall, though the lamb chops were a bit overcooked and could have been more tender. Their tiramisu ice cream was fabulous! One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There is a large shopping mall directly across the street, with plenty of dining and retail options. It made it very convenient to explore the area and grab meals without having to travel far. We had a pleasant stay and would consider this hotel a solid option, especially for travelers needing convenient airport access and nearby amenities.

Room is clean. A bit smoke smell but acceptable. Cleaner forgot to top up tea bags.
Bed/ rooms comfy. Kettle for tea making. Iron and board. But Water isn't fully hot and no long mirror. There's a job to cook and microwave but no bowls or cutlery which is strange. We didn't use the washing machine as not staying long. There is a free shuttle DiDi service from airport to hotel but we got the message last minute so never used the service. Decent cheap restaurants nearby
Staff speak English. Rooms and facilities are as expected. Executive lounge is open from 15:00-22:00. Breakfast has a great variety, but lacks pure protein items. They offer free taxis to the airport.
This hotel is close to Hangkong road, premium hotel close to the airport. The services are professional and well control which give personality feel. The breakfast is good, reasonable to the room rate and variety menu as well. The hotel is quiet, not close to the main road.
